Y/N: Tae?

She waiting for his reply anxiously,  drumming her fingers on the table.

'You know you're worrying for no reason. He's going to be excited.' Apu said.

'It's not that simple a thing,  Apu! I'm not even sure if he's really ready for it! I mean,  that conversation never came up.' Y/N said, shaking her head.

'Oh God. You're fretting over nothing' Apu said again,  rolling her eyes.

Tae: Hey babe

Tae: Everything OK?

Y/N: There's something

Tae: OK?

Seeing how long it was taking her to reply,  he quickly typed again.

Tae: Stop scaring me! What's going on?

Y/N: Taetae

Tae: What's it baby?

Tae: You know you can tell me anything right?  What are you worrying about?

Y/N sat thinking how to put this forward. She somehow felt it could upset him.

Tae: Don't tell me you're pregnant 😱

Y/N: What?! No!

Tae: Oh thank God!

Y/N: Seriously Taehyung 😂😂😂

Tae: Oh right. Laugh at me now.

Y/N: I'm sorry, Taetae

Y/N: Actually,  my mom's visiting me next week

Tae: Wow! That's cool

Y/N: Um,  I kinda told her I'm seeing someone... and she said she'd like to meet you

Y/N: I know it's difficult for you,  if you can't then it's totally fine

Y/N: I can tell her you're busy or something

Y/N: I don't want you to be upset or anything

Tae: Are you going to let me say something?

Y/N: I'm sorry

Tae: First of all,  I'm more than honoured to meet your mom.

Tae: I don't understand why you thought I won't want to do it

Y/N: Um... I just thought

Y/N: OK I'm kinda embarrassed now

Tae: I love you,  Y/N. You don't have to hold back... I'm quite excited to meet her actually 😃

Y/N: I love you too baby

Y/N: Now you made me cry

Tae: 🤐

Tae: I wonder what you'll do with our kids

Y/N: We'll see what YOU do with them first

Tae: I'm gonna be the coolest dad in the world.

Y/N: I know you'll be the coolest,  Tae

Tae: And you'll be the sweetest mom ever 😘

Y/N: 😍😍😍😍

Taehyung bit his nails as he stared at the wall absent mindedly.

'What are you eating your fingers for?' Yoongi asked giving him a disgusted look and swatting his hand with a magazine.

'Uh. Hyung.' Taehyung said. 'I'm going to meet her mom!'

Yoongi gave him a blank stare for a few seconds before his eyes brightened.

'Really?!' He asked,  laughing. 'When did you grow up so much,  huh?'

'You sound like my mom' Taehyung said,  flatly.

Yoongi laughed.

'But seriously.' he said. 'This is great! It'll mean a lot to her'

'It does' Taehyung said fondly. 'I just hope she like me!'

'Why won't she?' Yoongi said. 'You two are so good together'

Taehyung smiled.
