"I got 17 with dean, he kinda intimidates me, he doesn't talk much and he has this look in his eyes that makes you wanna run far away from him, I know he helped us on that night but.. He's just scary" he looked pale
"Don't worry devin just stay out of his way and everything will be okay, let's go to our rooms"

Not intending to unpack I rest my suitcase and small bag beside my bed
We got a tour around the ship and ate dinner later in the evening, that night I couldn't sleep I've never slept in another bed that's not my own before l kept twisting and turning when my eyes finally closed I got the same dream I had a few days ago
honestly l'm scared
I'm being reminded of what's to come
I feel guilty that someone like him got stuck with someone like me, its eating at my heart because I don't know what to do he won't let go and I won't reject him

I yawned getting out of bed
"what the hell do you think you're doing" I heard whispers outside my door "why on earth would you take that"
"I'm sorry allassandro I thought maybe if you saw me in it you'd love me"
"What kinda sick logic is that!"
I got up to peek outside my door, my roommate was still asleep so I tried to be as quiet as I could
l peeked outside to see allassandro holding a diamond pendent in his hand
"How did you even get it" he whisper yell
"I have a friend from the blood moon pack I asked him to get it for me and-"
"Oh my god Lorraine what the f*ck is wrong with you, you could've gotten someone killed"
"I know and I'm sorry l-"
"I have two people at my house torturing just because of you, just go to your room!"
"B-but she's not your right mate, l am she put a spell on you can't you see shes ugly and fat"

I blushed does he really mean that?
he tried not shouting but failing miserable

"Just go" you could hear his alpha voice coming out she instantly obeyed and left he stood there for a few seconds then turned to look at my door I backed away

I got under the covers and closed my eyes
"Guys its time to wake up, get ready we're leaving the ship in an hour" Ugh I just closed my eyes I got up and took a shower, put a dress on and met the others outside with their bags

We arrived at our hotel and got settled in I hope allassandro doesn't know l was listening in on his conversation
"hey ruby let me in" devin called
I got up and opened the door for him
"Let's go shopping we only have three days in new york lets make the most of it" he said excitedly
"don't we have to like go to some museum in 30 minutes"
"Oh yeah" he sighed dramtically
We were booked for the rest of the three days visiting museum touring around visiting plays
l haven't seen much of allassandro and we were on our third day
I find myself looking for him and whenever I found him or he found me the damn teacher wanted us to go somewhere
we were attending this huge ball before we left the hotel so everyone was dressing up
"I knew I packed this in your bag for a reason" Devin held up a purple dress that he must've gotten from my mom
"I'm not sure if that will fit devin"
"oh shh it will now go try it on"
"Fine, whatever"
it was a bit tight but it was all I had
"yas girl yas" he clapped when l walked out of the bathroom
"I'm wearing my jeans jacket over it"
"Why" he whined and I gave him a look that says don't argue with me "okay have it your way" he rolled his eyes
he had on pink dress shirt with dark jeans
"Let's go we look fabulous"
We entered the room and l saw students dressed up standing around laughing and talking
My eyes spotted lorraine and she smirked at me and left the room to go outside
that's weird..
'Yeah what is she up to let's follow her'
I sneakily followed behind her to balcony where I saw her talking to allassandro
"Why can't you just reject her!" She shouted at him
"Jesus f*cking christ do you ever stop, I don't want you Lorraine leave me alone have some pride"
"She's not worth it"
"She's right you know" I cut in"she'd be perfect by your side"
"No no no rub-"
"Its okay" I left before he finished
'Ruby.. He wants you'
No! The mate bond is making him think that, I'm screwed up, all my life I've been told how not perfect I am and you know what I believe them! And now I can't accept that someone really wants me l can't except that someone could really love me, They made me like this! They made me hate myself, just because I didn't look like them they made my life a living hell ..
that last part really hit home, tears spilled as l write it
