ink and dream simply stared at blue 

but ink simply nodded 

although blue and error were not the type of friends that meet up every day, they did meet up every once in a while 

mainly to talk about problems and insecurities etc

to blue, error seemed to be the only one to take him seriously, not to treat him like a baby bones like the others did

blue felt like he could have a proper adult conversation where nobody tried to shield him away from the grim aspects that even his younger brother and closest friends like ink and dream tended to do 

and although they didn't have the best first impressions 

(error kidnapping blue while his world crumbled, keeping him captive before he finally released him back after resetting his world back to normal) 

they did stay friends 

mainly because blue could see error needed a friend 

someone he could be open with about his worries without the fear of being judged, and to show him the wonderful things in the universe 

not like ink who simply just bantered, bothered and fought the destroyer 

blue learnt in that time the glitching skeleton never wanted to destroy, it was just a job he was forced to carry out 

so blue wanted to help errors life seem more...normal ?

he knew the destroyers secrets as he knew his own 

including special feelings for other monsters and places in the multiverse

error trusted blue to keep those secrets 

but if he thought his friend was in trouble 

or causing trouble 

then he would tell the bare minimum of monsters 

and if ink of all monsters didn't know where the destroyer was 

then this would be a time to talk 

"Are you sure ink?" dream asked, waking blue from his thoughts 

"it's the only place I can think of, plus if he is there, then they could be plotting something, and it's our duty to stop it" ink said enthusiastically 

"well then, let us set of!" blue agreed determinedly  

"are you sure blue, it could be dangerous," dream asked hesitantly, looking between blue and the creator 

this made blue internally sigh with annoyance, there they went again with the special treatment 

"I AM THE MAGNIFICENT SANS, A STAR SANS AND RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY FOR THE MULTIVERSE, I AM GOING AS IT IS MY SWORN DUTY TO THE PROTECTION ALL THOSE IN NEED OF PROTECTING" blue shouted even more determinedly, getting caught up in the moment as his cape flowed in the wind, his fist high in the sky and his eyes turned into stars

"ok, ok, let's get going" ink chuckled slightly before becoming serious 

grabbing his signature paintbrush he painted a black inky splodge on the floor, creating a portal to the mansion 

"prepare yourselves," ink said before jumping into the portal 

dream and blue looked at one another, nodded and jumped into the portal themselves
