It was the next day, but unlike today you weren't with Dazai, instead, you were here inside a small second-floor restaurant called Freedom with Odasaku, both of you eating curry together.
"Neh neh~ This is like a date don't you think Odasaku~?" You said with a smile as you finish the last spoon of your curry.
"A date huh?" Odasaku said aloud as he thought about it.
"I don't know, never had been one before." The redhead said as he then took another spoonful of his curry.
Though on the outside he was composed, Odasaku's inside was fluttering and malfunctioning.
But he would always push this feelings aside knowing that something like this isn't really was the time.
"Mmmm me neither..." You said as you prop your arms on the wooden counter.
The two of you continued to do small talk as the owner of the restaurant watch the two of you.
If other people were to look at you two they might think the conversation you two were sharing is one-sided as Odasaku seems like he wasn't even paying attention.
But the owner of the restaurant knew better as he could see it as clear as day that the red-haired male who sat beside you was all ears.
The thought of you two being together couldn't help but make him smile, as he walks up to you two.
"How's the curry today?"
"Delicious as always~!" You beemed making the older man chuckle.
"Same as usual" Odasaku replies as he then asks.
"How are the kids?"
"The same as usual, they're upstairs if you two want to see them and say Hello" The owner of the restaurant said.
You smile and quickly stood up, grabbing on to Odasaku's arm tugging him.
"Oh~! Come on come on Odasaku~!"
Odasaku sighs and sets his spoon down as he lets you tug him out of the door as the owner of the restaurant couldn't help but chuckle at the sight shaking his head and went back to the kitchen.
You happily made your way up the stairs as Odsaku follows behind you with his hands in his pocket.
The two of you stopping on one of the doors.
"It's us, were coming in" Odasaku says as he open the room.
The both of you entered in as four kids were gathered around the room, 3 boys and a girl.
"How have you little brats have been?" You asks them as you and Odasaku walk in the middle of the room.
"You guys being nice to the old geazer?" Odasaku says but received no reply.
It was then, a pair of eyes gleam on one of the double decks on the bed, the fifth kid that was missing jump down to you latching on your back.
"Got her!!!"
When Odasaku was about to help you, one of the kids threw a baseball straight at his head and all of them simultaneously jump to the two of you.
From below where the old man was cooking, loud thuds and laughter could be heard as he couldn't help but smile.
You let out a groan as you open your eye to see your face centimeters away from Odasaku's.
Noses touching as both of your lips only inches apart your bodies press against each other in the most intimate position.
