"Ew that wasnt very lady like" Wendy lectured me after my 4th piece of pizza

"I dont give a crap~~~~" I said in a kinda sing songy voice

I look back up to Wendy and she has a dissapointed mom face

"Too much?" I ask. She nods her head slowly with a smile and starts laughing, and ofcourse I join her as well

"Hate to break up 'er moment ladies but its closing time" the owner who I know as Micheal Marlow told us and grabbed our pizza dishes

"Alright, goodnight Mr. Marlow" I say with a sweat smile grabbing my bag

"Goodnight Y/n" he gives a small wave as we walk out of the pizza diner

"You should ask your mom if you can stay the night, I'm sure my parents wouldnt mind" I say to Wendy adjusting my bag strap around my shoulder

"That sounds like a good idea, watching movies, talking gossip, and magazines. I'm in"

"Since when are you not" I roll my eyes wondering why I even bothered asking

"So where is Jordan anyway?" Wendy asks as I hang the house keys on our coat rack

"He's over at Chucks"

"If I didn't know any better, I'd say he likes you" I cringe at her words, Chuck was a nice boy but not really my type

"I'm sure he doesn't, we have known each other for Years"

"More time, more liking" I turn around to face Wendy who's looking at My magazine about teen actors

"That's a stupid quote" I scoff Turning back around looking through my Record case once again when my landline goes off

"I got it-"

"Philips household, this is Wendy" I glare at her as she holds a devilish smirk

"Ah hi Benny" She looks at me with pure evil in her eyes "why yes she is here, one moment" she covers the bottom of the phone so that Benny cant hear our conversation

"This is your chance!" Wendy whispers to me leaning away from the phone

"I cant do it! Not yet!" I argue back

"I'm gonna do it for you then"

"You wouldnt dare" I glare at her

"Say Benn-" I snatch the phone from her and put it next to my ear to talk to him

"Hey Rodriguez its Y/n"

"Y/n!"

"Hey, did you need something from me?"

"Oh uh, the boys and i were gonna go play a night game right now, but i know your with Wendy so i wont ask no more" I look over at Wendy and shes sitting two inches away with her fingers crossed

"Would you uh give me a minute?"

"Yeah sure-"

"What's happening???"

"Hes asking me to go to a night game?"

"Well? What's stopping you, I'll be fine!"

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah yeah yeah totally" my heart does a little flip as I go back to the phone

"So that's a yea?" Benny asks questionably

"Oh uhm yeah I'll see you soon?"

"Yeah see you soon"

I smiled at Wendy as I ran out of my room

"Y/N ITS 30 DEGREES OUT PUT ON A JACKET!"
