"It's fine. I wanted either you or me to be the leader. And you're one so..." he smiles at me. I smile back. "Welcome to my training ground." Grandma says as things came up from the ground. "Let's boogie." She smirks.

Everyone had a turn to go ok the mat and train their kicks and fighting. "Feels the rhythm..." grandma says smooth/calmly. Rewind was fighting a red laser man....thing. It fried to attack him, but he blocked it and flipped the laser man over. It disappeared and Rewind did a flip.

It was Guppy's turn and she was jumping, kicking the air. The same laser man popped up and tried to attack her. She punched it. Bear hug flip over. While she was on top she punched it until it disappeared. "Cálmate, Guppy!" Grandma told Guppy. "Calm down, dear." Grandma pointed at Guppy.

Wildcard was on the rope balancing on it. Wheels looked at him and cross his arms.

A Capella was in a fighting stance getting ready for the laser man to pop up. A few seconds later the laser man popped up and tries to attach her. She grabbed its arm. She punched it's chin and and kicked it's stomach. She threw her leg over it's arm and flipped it over. She basically broke it's arm while screaming. She jumped up and flipped her hair.

Missy way on the rope trying to balance herself. She started panicking. "I-I can't do this!" She yells at her grandma and heads back to the end of the rope. "Nope, not for me." She jumps off.

"Ay yo, Y/n!" Wildcard yells to me. "What's up?" I walk to him. "Bet I can beet ya on the rope." He smirks. "You're on." We run to the rope thing. "There is only 1 rule!" He yells from the other side. "Oh yeah? Well what is it?" I yell back. He jumps on and says: "No powers."
"Awe you're no fun, but ok." I jump on the rope. He loses his balance. "We haven't even started yet and you're already falling for me." I smirk. He blushes and says: "You'll be the one falling." He starts to walk towards me on the rope.  Once we're in the middle ,I jump up and land on the rope perfectly. He stumbles a bit, but regains he balance. We start throwing punches at each other. I really don't want to hurt him so I aim my punch on the side of his face. "You can't even punch right." He laughs "Oh so you want to see me punch?" I ask. Before I could raise my arm he pushes me off the rope with just a poke. I groan and try to get up. He jumps down and puts his hand out for me to take. "I guess you fell for me, huh?" He smiles down at me. I take his hand. "Yeah, I guess I did." But I pulled him down with me. He grunts and looks at me. "Guess you're the one who fell for me, eh?" I chuckle. "Yep." He says and gets up. This time he grabs a my arm and yanks me up. "Sheesh, you sure you don't have super strength?" I laugh holding my arm. "I guess I'm to strong for you." He smiles cheeky at me. "Yeah right. You can never me as strong as me." I smile back at him.

Rewind and Fastforward went on the mat. They started doing flips, but Reaidn did one extra. Fastforward crossed her arms and glares at her twin. "Ok guys, that was good, but you need to work together." I say to them. Rewind, rewinds back. "Stay in sync." Missy says to Rewind and Fastforward. Me and Missy walk around the mat. They did 2 cartwheels ,punched the air, and did a fighting stance all in sync. "That was amazing. Good job guys." I smile at them.

Guppy was running through the punching bags swinging side to side. She ran into Facemaker. "Whoa ,whoa, whoa, wrong way! You're going to wrong way!" He yells at Guppy as she is running straight towards him. Guppy growls at Facemaker. "Noodles go help them." I point to Guppy and Facemaker. "Missy tell her to call down. I need to do something." I tell Missy. Noodles grabs Guppy and Missy tells Guppy to calm down. I started walking towards Slowmo when Guppy growls at Missy. Guppy walks towards Facemaker. "Guppy!" I yell to her. Her head snaps in my direction. "You need to calm down." I walk to her. "You're attacking your friends. You need to control your powers, to do that you need to stay calm. Go meditate." I point to a clear spot for Guppy to meditate.

Slowmo was running through the punching bags very very slowly. He was doing good at first ,but at the last punching bag hit him square in his face. He fell back and bumped on the ground at least 10 times. "Someone catch Slowmo!" Missy yells. "Noodles! I mean, Facemaker!" Missy stutters "What? Who? Make up your mind." The twins say in sync.

"I got him." Noodles says grabbing him, but slipping. Noodles' arms hit the thing A Capella was holding and it hit Rewind. Noodles crashes on top of Facemaker and accidentally grabbed Wheels. "Listen to me!" Missy yells. "Missy you go get Slowmo!!" I yell to her. "But I'm the leader!" She yelled back. I groan and run towards Slowmo and catch him. "Slowmo you never do anything right." Wildcard says. Missy plops on the sidewalk burying her face in her hands. "Wildcard shut up! It's not his fault he is stuck in time. And look at everyone else. Everyone is one the floor except for Missy and A Capella. Missy instead of bossing everyone around; how about helping them out. Like you said: You're the leader. Being a good leader is also making a good example. And can you guys please stop making fun of Slowmo?" I tell them.

Grandma come in and asks what happened. "Slowmo fell and everyone tried to help him, but accidentally fell over." Missy explains. "Alright! Get back up and let's try this again!" Gramma encourages us. We all smile and walked on the mat. We all did our own fighting stance. "That's good! Back in formation!" Grandma chuckles. "Keep training." She tells us.
