FATHER AND SON

GUILLERMOS POV

I had him in my arms as tears fell from my eyes, we held on to each other as hard as we could. When I opened my eyes and looked towards Selena she had her hands covering her mouth as tears fell down her own eyes, I stood up with my son in my arms and sat down on the bed placing him on my lap as we still held on to each other. When he pulled away from me he looked in to my eyes before placing his hand on my cheek wipping away the tears that had fallen, he then did the same to my other cheek.

"Don't cry daddy, we are together now" Cole said

"They are happy tears buddy" I said

"So your happy to see me" he asked

"Yes buddy I am happy to see you and have you in my arms" I said

"Then why is mommy crying" he asked

"Well because she is happy to see us like this" I said

"Can we be a family now and stay together" he asked

"Well buddy that is something mommy and me have to talk about" I said

Before anyone could say anything else there was a knock on the door, Selena opened the door to reveal our families standing there looking in side the room.

"We just wanted to make sure that you werent killing each other" Lucifer said

"Everything is fine dad, we are just talking" Selena said

"And what are you all talking about" my father asked

"About us being a family and staying together" Cole said

"Really" my mother asked

"I just told Cole that Selena and I have to talk about it" I said

"Sel can we talk" Sebastian asked

"Sure, lets go to the office" Selena said as both her and Sebastian walked out of the room

Cole got down of my lap and then grabbed my hand and started pulling me to his room because he wanted to show me his toys, when we got to his room there were toys everywhere on shelfs that were hung on the walls. Next to his bed was a picture of Selena and me when we were at the welcome party that the pack had done for me which was the day he was concived, I picked it up and looked at it until Cole called me and I turned to look at him.

"Uncle Chance said he took that picture the day mommy and you went on your first date" Cole said

"So Chance was the one who took the picture" I asked

"Yes, he said that at first he wanted to have a picture of you so in case you did something to mommy he would have something to show the pack of how you looked so they could go out and find you to make you pay for what you did to her" Cole said which made me laugh

"How about you show me your toys" I said making him forget about the little conversation we just had

For a total of two hours he showed me all his toys, most of them were wolfs that looked like my wolf which he said Selena had bought him ever since the day that he saw me in my wolf form. When I saw that his eyes were closing I picked him up and laid him on his bed while I laid next to him passing my fingers through his hair, I still couldn't get my head around the idea that he has one brown eye and one ice blue eye. His hair black and white just like Selena, the same powers that Selena has who knows if he will have wings just like her as well.

After awhile I got up and fixed the blanket on Cole and walked out of the room, I started to walk towards Selena's office were there were people talking loud. When I got close I was able to hear what they were talking but as soon as Cole's name was mentioned I walked in and everybody went quiet, I looked around to everybody waiting to see who would talk first and when no one did I walked up to Selena.

"What is going on and what does Cole have to do with all this" I asked

"Its nothing bad" Selena said

"Then tell me what is going on" I asked

"When I turn eighteen I am to take the throne as queen of the werewolves and Cole would have to take my place here as alpha of the White Fire Pack" she said

"He is just a little boy, he can't make the right decisions for the pack" I said

"Well there is another thing that we can do but Selena is not agreeing to it" Lucifer said

"And what is the other option" I asked

"You both complete the mating process and the two packs become one, while you two are standing as the king and queen of the werewolves your father and I can take care of the packs as one" Lucifer said

"And I already said no, that option is out" Selena said

"And why is that" I asked

"Because I don't trust you, not after what you put me through besides I have a little over a year to figure out something to make this all work" Selena said

"And what is the options you have in mind" I asked her

"That Sebastian take over as alpha just like he did when I left until Cole is old enough to take over as alpha" she said

"And by that time he would have to take over as king of the werewolves so that option is out of the picture Selena we already told you" Sebastian said

"I am tired, I am going to bed" Selena said as she walked out of the office and down the hall to Cole's room then to her room

Everybody looked at me as I stood at the door looking at Selena, Sebastian walked up to me and handed me a book and told me to read it so I could understand what Selena is going through right now and to not judge her for the way she was acting and making the decisions she is making.
