❝ Death must be so beautiful. To lie in the soft brown earth, with the grasses waving above one's head, and listen to silence. To have no yesterday, and no tomorrow. To forget time, to forget life, to be at peace. ❞

— Oscar Wilde

Bonnie hummed to herself as she read through Emily's grimoire.

"What do you have there, child?" Sheila hummed, stepping into the hybrid's room, "Is it weird to call you that?"

"Given I'm so much older than you?" Bonnie continued, "No," She hummed, "I've grown used to it and this," She held up the book, "Is Emily's grimoire."

"Where did you find it?" Sheila breathed out in shock.

"The grave of Giuseppe Salvatore," Bonnie remarked, "It was buried with him."

"Well, I'm glad it's in the hands of it's rightful owner."

"Indeed."

"So he stopped me in the middle of the street," Caroline sighed giddily, "And he kissed me."

"...Congratulations?" Bonnie offered.

"Congratulations to you, too," Caroline gushed, "Don't you have a date with Ben today?"

"Regrettably," Bonnie sighed.

"Do you not like him or something?" Caroline wondered.

"He is...attractive," Bonnie hummed, "To some degree but...not quite my type."

"So why'd you agree to go on a date?"

"Because I could," Bonnie shrugged.

"You're leading him on?" Caroline's brows furrowed, "That's...mean."

"You seem to forget who you're talking to," Bonnie hummed, amused, "Now then, I shall see you later."
