  ↳𝐔𝐌𝐄𝐉𝐈 slowly started approaching the incinerator area. small smile creeped down his face. his sparkling golden eyes resting on y/n, following her every movement.

y/n turned her head and surprisingly she saw umeji, their eyes locked together. she waved to him happily and now everyone was looking at him.

"hey losers." -honey eyed delinquent greeted them
"hey, umeji."
"ayy"
"suup?"
"hi"
"eji, where were you?"
"umeji, are you alright?"

umeji didn't know what to answer first so he started from the begging.

"well when i was walking to the bathroom i tripped-" -dairoku's laugh interrupted Umeji. osoro and hayanari also escaped a chuckle.
"ugh, can you all just shut up and let me finish?" -umeji groaned in annoyance
"sorry but damn- wish i could see you kissing the floor" -hayanari said between chuckes
"let them be senpai." -y/n also had a cheeky smile on her face
"whatever.." -umeji murmured and then continued again
"anyway when i fell i hurt my hand. i think there was a really sharp piece of glass on the floor..or some other shit but i was bleeding a lot so i went to infirmary. after that i was going back here and i noticed there's some blood on the floor in the storage room.." - he suddenly stopped, catching everyone's attention

"wait wait..hold up, it wasn't yours?"-gaku asked
"no, i covered my hand with my uniform so i don't leave blood stains after me, so it had to be someone else's." -umeji said as he looked in the distance
"you don't think.." - y/n stopped, probably imagining the worst case scenario
"i can't be sure y/n, i don't know..but that's why i was looking for someone and i heard megami's voice so i told her to come with me."
"what happened then?" -osoro sitting on the edge
"i showed her the pool of blood and she thanked me. told me to go back here and she said she will handle things from now on." -umeji sighed and sat next to y/n
"do you think she told the teacher?" -hokuto asked thoughtfully
"yes, most likely so i don't think anyone should worry, maybe it's not even blood. probably someone from that art club spilled their paint..we don't know so i think we shouldn't jump in conclusions." -umeji finally finished and looked at very stressed y/n
his kohai was in the middle of eating her lunch, but now, she looked like she lost the appetite.

"yeah i agree with eji. we should just keep it cool and finish our lunch, we are in a big group anyway." -osoro added and everyone agreed
all of the boys started eating their lunch again, but y/n was still thinking and looking at her food.

"you ain't gonna eat?" -umeji came closer to y/n without her noticing and leaned his shoulder against hers.
as soon as she felt it, she could swore she felt tingles in her stomach
"i..uh.." -y/n couldn't find the right words too many things running through her head
"was megami..the person who sexually harassed you..?" -he slowly whispered in her ear, making sure nobody else hears it.
y/n's eyes widened, she looked at him and then nodded in embarrassment
"i see.." -he breathed out
"you really are good at reading me. you keep surprising me.." -she joked a little, but her smile was a very sad one
"hm? really? is it a good thing or a bad one?" -he asked with a smile
"i don't think i can tell, it makes me feel like you understand me the most, but then again it kinda creeps me out." -y/n giggled and relaxed
"is it working?" -umeji suddenly asked
"huh? what do you mean?"
"am i cheering you up? i need to know" -umeji said with a grin
