The Master and his Servant

The Servant: Master, I'm worried they might discover what happened. They are reinvestigating the case and they are very smart. What should I do?
The Master: Don't worry. They won't be able to find anything as long as you serve me well. And if they did, they will be like their relatives.
The Servant: Do you mean ... You'll kill them?
The Master: Just do your job and make sure they got twisted and keep me in touch.
The Servant: Don't worry about that. I am watching them 24/7. But I am worried about you.
The Master: I told you not to worry about anything as long as you are loyal. Ah I forgot to tell you something, the time has come. You should be prepared with your sacrifice.
The Servant: That soon? I meen ... sure I will.

2 days later, Kee and Christ were working on the case so hard without resting in order to find the culprit. And while investigating, they finally found the Name on the name tag necklace. It was for "Subject Tom Henry".

He was a 1st rank sergeant in the North Arm in the military. He wrongly witnessed Thea's murdering case, and he survived after dealing with Thomas. The deal was to be his servant until the Bloody Moon season comes.

After the deal was made, Tom quited his job in he Army, changed his name from Tom Henry to Tom TS wich means: Tom The Servant and also the first two letters from his Master's name: THOMAS and started working at the Police Station located near the Ghost Town. He took care of the cases related to his Master, and he has been closing them as suicides.

Kee: I am so sure that the subject's necklace is related to this case in way and another. You know why?
Christ: No why?
Kee: Because this name tag necklace was not found 1 year ago. The last name tag necklace was for the 19th sergeant and he was found dead 13 Months ago. So he might be serving the killer or he might be the killer.
Christ: Why you think like that? Do you have some evidances that I don't know about?
Kee: Listen, all the dead corps are virgins, the girls and the soldiers. They are migrates from the Ghost Town, and they are all under 30.
Christ: That's right! So the killer was targeting the townspeople and only the virgin ones!? But why do you think? He might have a reason!
Kee: Either he is a Psychopath, or a Serial Killer or he is doing some sacrifices but I don't have anything aproved yet.
Christ: I have something to tell, may I?
Kee: Sure. What is it?
Christ: Do you remember the flower on the bottle that we found at the abandoned school?
Kee: Yes I remember it. Why?
Christ: This was my gift for Thea on our 2nd anniversary. I baught two of them. I am sorry for not telling you that I am her fiancee but I was not ready yet. I did not meant to trick you.

Kee: I knew that you are her fiancee. Since you appeared suddenly when her body was found, when you met her father and when you teared while reading her diaries. Even when the Dr told us that she was pregnant, he was talking to you, and because you were so mad...
Christ: ???
Kee: Don't worry. I won't tell anyone about that. Now let's go and find who did examin the corpse, and why they did that without our permission.

When they arrived at the police station, they found someone sneaking out secretly and hid behind the wall. They followed him silently and found him talking to someone on the phone.

The Police Officer: Master, I burnt the files and took care of everything. Don't worry.

Kee: What files did you burnt? Why?
Christ: Who are you talking to? Who is your master?
