Haddock Gone Missing - How To Train Your Dragon

You, Gobber, Hiccup and your dad were walking with the dragons along the many waterfalls. Hiccup was sharing what had happened in Berk over the years while you were gone.

"Wait- stop there. Astrid is your girlfriend?!" You exclaimed

"My daughter-in-law! Next Chieftess too." Dad said proudly

"I'm surprised it wasn't anyone... less aggressive. She seemed like she hated you back when you were 15! Pretty sure everyone did though." Gobber said

"Okay Gobber, real way to compliment me." Hiccup rolled his eyes

Toothless bellowed in amusement, you didn't doubt it since you imagined Hiccup as someone socially awkward and it seemed that he was.

At least when he was still a teenager.

Skullcrusher and Grump walked together as Cloudjumper hopped around the place from wall to wall, Cloudjumper greeted other dragons as you walked.

"Oh! The Skrills!" You exclaimed

Three Skrills stood in front of you whilst looking down, Incognito was there too.

Toothless growled before you called him off and crouched to get closer to the Skrills, anything that agitated them would trigger quite the disaster.

Incognito roared happily before switching to the colour red and nudging what seemed to be a smaller Skrill.

"Oh my! You didn't tell me there was another Skrill on the island. This is amazing!" You said

The three Skrills roared and raised there wings happily.

Gustnudger came flying over as quickly as he could to greet the new Skrill, Gustnudger wanted to greet every dragon big or small.

"The Seashockers would be glad to lend you some extra fish, maybe an Electric Eel if they're lucky. Gustnudger can lead the way! Incognito, if you don't mind could you grab some more moss for them and their nest? Four Skrills aren't that easy to house in a small nest, afterwards could you go grab Clawlifter for me?" You asked

Incognito flew off towards where the Zippleback's leftover moss was, The Zipplebacks never stuck to one ball of moss over a week in their nest so it was free to any dragon.

Gustnudger roared to the four Skrills before taking off, the four of them flew off after Gustnudger whom was already bowing to the Bewilderbeast whilst flying.

Just then Thump came over, he seemed to be bleeding.

"What'd you do this time Thump?" You questioned

Thump roared before raising his wing and using the other to point to one of the Waterfalls.

"You really need to be more careful when walking! Second time you've fell off the ledge and into the waterfall, one day you're gonna lose the whole wing." You laughed

You cleaned the blood using a piece of leather that Cloudjumper brought to you.

"Come back in about four hours, I don't want it getting infected." You stated

Thump roared in agreement before walking back to where he was after saying hello to Cloudjumper, the two of them go way back.

"You're really gonna need to teach me how to be calm when brought with multiple situations." Hiccup commented

"Might have to ask The Alpha for that." Gobber replied

"I think Hiccup will make a great chief, right son!" Dad smiled

"Yeah- Yeah!" Hiccup exclaimed

Toothless roared at his rider before bounding off towards Cloudjumper who was running around, Gobber began to ramble about how hard life is on Berk.

You heard shrieks of distress when Cloudjumper ran back with Toothless.

"What's happening?" You questioned

Cloudjumper looked down so you did the same and an adult Seashocker was beached pretty far in, Seashockers couldn't be out of water for too long.

"You guys can stay right here, I'll be back." You reassured

You got onto Cloudjumper.

"Go Cloudjumper!" You ordered

Cloudjumper propelled off the ground and dove towards where the Seashocker was beached, he swooped down and used his claws to grab the dragon and once near other members of the pod he had plopped the dragon into the water.

Cloudjumper quickly pulled up and went straight back to the three people and their dragons whom were awaiting your return.

"You're definitely gonna need to give me pointers." Hiccup said

"Should probably get into my armour before your friends get here, if they even make it. You guys can go back to the cave over there." You smiled

They did as told and went over, you had gotten changed into your armour and grabbed your helmet before taking your staff.

You stepped towards the edge of the rock and stared down at The Bewilderbeast before looking at the dragons flying by happily.

"Y'know Cloudjumper, as much as I love being with them I'd never give up this place. It's my home, yours too. Besides, this place is pretty close to Berk since Hiccup seemed to have gotten here relatively fast." You stated

Cloudjumper looked at you and roared happily before lifting a wing and putting it over your head to comfort you.

You then took your shield and hopped onto Cloudjumper, you stared at The King Of Dragons before pointing the staff up and Cloudjumper took off for the cave.

You saw Rumpus and Sailback flying towards The Bewilderbeast.

"Hello Rumpus and Sailback! You two seem to be having a pretty good day." You stated 

Cloudjumper roared happily to greet the two vibrant coloured Thunderclaws, they roared back before gesturing to a Threadtail on the ground and then Freeze. A Raincutter you had saved a few days before.

"Freeze seems to be doing amazing! You four have fun!" You exclaimed

Cloudjumper roared at the two before they flew off towards the two other dragons waiting near the water.

Cloudjumper began flying towards the cave entrance, you heard dragon roars of all kind that were greeting you and Cloudjumper as the two of you flew by. 

Cloudjumper landed on the rocks that could give you access to the cave, you went inside but a rumble could be heard so you quickly rushed onto the ice that gave you a view of everything.

Drago's men were attacking the sanctuary, you spotted Drago in the middle and you saw dragons shrieking whilst going into battle.

"The sanctuary!" You yelled

You walked off.

"Y/n wait!" Hiccup said

"We can't lose you again!" Gobber spoke

"What do you want us to do, you can't fight a battle like this on your own." Dad stated

"Protect the dragons, you guys go attack and I'll draw out The Bewilderbeast." You said
