"Run forest run!"

I roll my eyes at my mate who was groaning on the ground in pain.

I will get Steven later. If Blaine thinks he's off the hook; he's not.

I quickly pick her and run to the hospital section of the pack house. I run in with Lana in my arms and Dr. Day instantly realized she needs help immediately. He has nurses bring a stretcher and I carefully lay her on the gurney which They start rolling her into surgery and I try to follow her but Dr. Day holds me back.

"Alpha you have to stay here in the waiting room" He explains to me

"What the hell I have to go in there" I growl trying to push past him, I give up and go sit down.

I knock over a table and punch a hole in the wall. Pack members stare at me with a confused and scared look. I sit in the small chair with my head in my hands.

I hear the elevator doors open and I see a couple from my pack. The man was pushing his mate in a wheel chair and In her arms was a pink blanket. I wish me and Lana will have pups together, we would have so many together.

I felt tears come to my eyes, I hold them back. The #1 most powerful alpha in the world can't cry in front of nobody. My dad told me everyday before he died.

My wolf was trying to contact Lana's wolf but he couldn't. I couldn't take being in this damn hospital anymore so I got up and walked to the pack house since it was only across. I slam open the front door hard. Pack members started to stare at me with Pitiful looks on their faces

I guess the word got out. Great.

"Alpha?" I feel a tug on my jacket

I look down to see a little boy with short black curly hair and big brown eyes staring up at me with admiration in his eyes

"Yes Tristan?" I softly say crouching to his level

"Is Luna okay?"

"Not right now but she's strong, so she will be okay"

He nods his head slowly, "I want to be like you when I grow up. I want to be tall and strong like you" He smiled

I smile at him, "you'll be stronger that me"

His eyes open wide, "really"

"I'm sure of it"

"Alpha, Luna Lana is out of surgery and has recovered " I hear a female voice tell me I quickly opened my eyes hearing the name of my mate

I look around to see that I'm back in the hospital waiting room. In front of me was a tall blonde nurse with the name tag reading Darcy.

"Wait are you serious?"

She nods her head fast I waisted no time getting up to follow her to Lana's rooms.

As the elevator doors open I can quickly smell her. I run leaving the nurse and open the door to see her sleeping, I slowly close the door.

She laid on the small hospital bed motionless Her tan skin was now a  pale color and her Long brown hair was dull, but at the same time she looked beautiful. She was hooked to many different machines, it killed me seeing her like this.

I sit in the small chair by her hospital bed and hold her small pale hand with blue nail polish coated on her nails. I smile because she always had her nails painted, I've never seen them without polish. The same with her eyebrows they were always threaded and on "Fleek" according to her.

"Hey Lana Del Rey, its Hamilton" I laugh talking to her. Her eyes flutter open, revealing her beautiful hazel eyes

"Hey Baby" she greets me sitting up but winces in pain and holds her stomach in pain.

"Be Careful Baby" I warn glaring at her, and she rolls her eyes at me

"Don't you ever do something like that again, my wolf and I went insane" i tell her kissing her deeply loving every second of it

"You know you've never told me about my wolf" she started " but you don't have to tell me anymore I talked to her during surgery, she told me everything I need to know about being a werewolf. Oh and her name is Nikki."

"What real-"

I got cut off when I see a man with blonde hair and brown hair, and instantly recognized him as Dr. Day

"Hello Luna and Alpha" Dr.Day greets us by bowing to us, we nod

"Let me check your vitals" he walks over to Lana and does stuff to the machines and checks her vitals

He looks at his clipboard" everything seems to be fine, especially the baby. There was no damage done to the fetus"

"BABY??!" We choke out
