After Bruce and Tony finished their discussion, Benjamin excused himself to the restroom only to realize he didn’t know where it was.

Chucking, they all shook their head at their friend,’That’s Benji for you,’ they all thought with fond smiles

“Doctor banner, if you could please follow me,” Fury’s voice was heard, startling Benji who turned around to see the bald man,”I have something I need of you,” he told him

“I don’t trust him,” James muttered, causing Benjamin to sigh

“You don’t trust anyone,” Benjamin responded in his mind,”But unfortunately, I also do not trust him,” he stated, knowing that if he himself held no trust for a person they usually were not trustworthy

“If he tries anything..”James trailed off, his warning clear

“I know,” Benjamin whispered, keeping his eyes on the bald man as they walked into a secluded hall with a guarded door

“That’s where Loki’s cell was held,” Natasha revealed aloud, causing all of them to turn their heads to her

“Seriously?” Steve questioned, confused on what Fury was bringing benjamin there for

“Don’t tell me he-” Bruce started to question, having a feeling where this was going

“I guess we’re about to find out,” Clint muttered, his usual playful attitude changing with realization

“I need you to go in there and try to control Loki’s mind,” Fury stated, causing Benjamin to tense,”We need to know what he’s planning and how to stop him,”

“W-with all do re-r-respect, this wasn’t what I was called here to do,” Benjamin tried to escape this softly, his gaze to the ground ashe could feel James trying to front in protectiveness,”I’m  only suppose t-_

“This is what you’re supposed to do now,” Fury cut him off harshly,”You go by my orders and I’m telling you to go in there and figure out what he’s planning,” he told him

“I don’t thi-”

“You could very much end up in a cell just like his if you don't cooperate,” Fury threatened, and began to walk away,”the choice is yours,” he spoke as he left the hall, leaving Benjamin in silence as the younger Banner sighed

“He didn’t..” Sam trailed off in disbelief, all of them not exactly shocked but unsettled

“He did,” Natasha replied, nothing but sympathy for Benjamin in her tone

Lifting his head, Benjamin’s teary eyes were visible as he breathed shakily

“Would you like one of us to take over, benjamin?” Mille questioned softly, prompting Benjamin to shake his head

“Not now, I’m sure someone’s watching,” Benjamin murmured, sniffing as he wiped his eyes,”I don’t know what they’ll do if they realize one of you have taken control,” he whispered, nothing but distress in his tone before he opened the door and walked into the room where the cell was held

Walking into the room unnoticed by Loki, he watched as the God paced in his cell before pausing and turning to look at Benjamin who kept his gaze to the ground as always.

“Mr. Banner, it’s a wonder you were able to sneak upon me,” Loki said, a smile grazing his lips as he walked closer to the glass in the direction of the younger male,”Please, come closer,” he coaxed
