"You sure you hate me?" his deep voice asked lowly. I felt a weak shiver running down my spine and my face burnt even more. His grip was tight, holding my hands behind my back.
I couldn't help but to smile softly as I looked away from his intense eyes. I then felt him leaning in, and soon I felt his soft, warm lips sealing against mine. My complete being erupted with sparks as he caressed my lips tenderly with his.
I could've melted right there.
"There's something for you, baby." I heard his soft voice as he left my hands, pulling away. I saw him as he stood up, reaching to the night stand to grab something he hid in his huge hands.
Curiosity shot up inside me.
"Close your eyes." he said smiling. I closed my eyes as a smile touched my lips but I was still extremely curious and confused.
"How many fingers?" I heard his teasing voice.
"Shut up you goof!" I said trying to slap him although my eyes were closed. He dodged easily and my ears got filled with his angelic laughter. My heart fluttered.
Then I felt him holding my hand before I felt his soft lips kissing the back of my hand softly. An involuntary smile touched my lips.
Then, I felt something at my wrist, something delicate. A soft gasp escaped my lips and before I could have open my eyes, he told me not to, until he was done.
"Open your eyes, love." he said softly.
"Oh my God..." I said in complete awe as I admired the beautiful gold bracelet at my wrist. Delicate design, having two heart like structures in middle and several small diamonds embedded in it.
