"That was past dear, now its not ur cabin. So I want privacy.. What if I were making out with someone here?" she said and thus raised his temper to another level
The next thing he did blew her mind. He held her waist protectively and pulled her closer. Their faces were inches apart and they could hear each other's warm breath.
Anika felt butterflies in her stomach.. Again after damn one year. She cant fall weak in his embrace, this isnt possible. She is not here to give him pleasure, she is here to destroy him. But her heart wanted it so badly, his lips are inviting
On the other hand, Shivaay too wanted her badly and now when they r so close, he cant miss the chance.
Their lips were about to meet when they heard a knock on the door. Anika realized the blunder she was about to do and pushed Shivaay with all her might
There entered Aryan with his smile and Shivaay expression changed "Ise bhi abhi aana tha" he murmured while Anika mentally thanked him
"Aryan, kafi acche time pe aaye ho and I must say ki in spite of being my friend, tum knock karke aate ho otherwise kuch log to.." she eyed on Shivaay
"this is manners Anika" he replied
"But u dont need to.. Its a smiple principle 'JO MERA HAI WO TUMHARA HAI' " She repeated the lines which were once used by Shivaay to sign the property papers
"Anika... Anika.. Kaha ho tum?" he shouted and Anika came out of the bathroom
"Ugghhh Shivaay, subah subah chilla kyu rahe hai?" she dried her hair
"Actually mujhe tumse kuch kaam tha" he said hesitatingly and she nodded in positive
"U know recently mujhe ek project me loss hua and my other payments are pending. If u dont mind, will u transfer ur money into my account? I promise I ll return it soon with interest" he said
Anika smiled and went near her husband, "Jo mera hai wo aapka bhi hai Shivaay" and signed the papers without sparing a glance at the writings
The lines are same but now they r being used for a third person in between them which irked him the most. But why is he getting affected by Aryan? He doesnt love Anika nor she is his wife now.. So what is this new feeling?
"Aryan, assign my PA all the necessary works. He shouldnt sit idle, har waqt inhe busy hona padega" she again smirked
The office staff's jaw dropped after seeing their tadibaaz and arrogant boss working silently in his cabin under his ex wife. Some were happy but others felt pity on his condition
Anika was enjoying the entire scenario as she could disturb him anytime she wanted, depending on her mood
Tring..... she rang the bell once again
"Yes mam" Shivaay entered
"Bring me a cup of coffee" her weird order
"Why would I bring that?" he almost screamed
"Aawaz niche Mr Oberoi. Dont u know apne boss se kaise baat karte hai?" her smirk grew wider
"Peon se bolke coffee manga lo. This isnt my job" he said
"As far as I know, tumhari memory itni kharaab to nahi hai. Tum kaise bhool sakte ho ki Mr Tej kabhi bhi jail ja sakte hai? I m so tensed for his reputation" she made a poor face and he turned pale
"Tum aisa kuch nahi karogi" he ordered
"I can do anything.. After all mera nam tumhare family ke saath nahi jura hai. I ll do bloody everything to pull u and ur father down" she crossed her arms
irritatingly Shivaay went to the coffee counter and in 10 mins brought it to her.
"U r late Mr Oberoi" she chipped
"Excuse me?" he said
"Yes.. Mera mood ab change ho gaya hai, I want a milkshake now"
"Fhat the wuck!! Itna jaldi kiska mood change hota hai?" he blurted
"Mera hota hai.. So what? I m ur boss and dont question me"
"Ek pregnant lady ke bhi itne mood swings nahi hote hai" he said unknowingly and a tear drop trickled down her eyes
"Get out of my room" she shouted
"What?" he was confused by her sudden temper
"I said get out of my room u moron" she shouted with higher pitch and threw the pile of files from the table
In no time, Shivaay left the cabin feeling insulted. If the person who humiliated him was not Anika, then he would have punched him right way. But Anika's behavior was confusing to another extent and he was perplexed so as to how to react.. Is he missing something from the past?
"Aisa kya hai jo mai nahi janta" he uttered to himself
"Sir, ye invitation card hai" the peon handed him one card
"Invitation for what?" he asked
"Sir Anika madam ke banglow me aaj party hai. W nayi boss banne ki. Sabko invite kiya hai aur ye raha apka card" he said and left
"Anika madam ka bunglow!" his voice dripping sarcasm
"I m waiting for the party. Pata nahi waha uska kaunsa roop dekhne ko milega" he sighed and got busy in his work
