A few more days passed since that night Alastor had seen his friend go on a small rampage of his own, slaughtering Demons to relieve his frustrations, the kiss they shared was also something that was stuck on Alastor's mind as he did feel odd around the other.  Lou had stayed at his home, sleeping on the couch and passing the time while he read books or played with his voodoo dolls.  Suppose he had said he wanted the other to stay around but the Radio Demon was anxious the other also wanted to do Those things with him, he wasn't sure he was ready for such things with another.  Not to say he didn't like the kiss, it was more of how much he liked it that made him afraid the other would do more things.  Really he was being a fool now, as Lou was ever polite and reserved, he simply enjoyed hanging out with the other and as Alastor saw this he seemed to calm down until one day he had gone out to hunt for food.  Lou had been reading on the couch when Alastor walked through the open back door in his Deer form, slowly but surely making his way to the living space where Lou smelled blood and turning to see the Red Deer walking in with an arrow sticking through his neck.  Lou instantly stood looking at the other worriedly,

"Alastor, what happened? Are you... do you need my help?"  Of course, he was going to ask as he didn't want to just assume and touch the other.  The Deer turned his head to look up at the other from the side as the arrow went clean through, it didn't bleed much but he didn't want to shift back for fear of doing more damage.

"Yes, if you could get this out and I can handle the rest.  Some idiot Hunter out in the swamps trying to kill me as I was eating my meal," Lou went to grasp one side of the arrow while holding the feathered end,

"Alright, on three..." he didn't count as he just snapped the arrow in half and pulled the separate pieces out, he held the arrow looking at it curiously while Alastor shifted to his normal form going to get a towel and hold it to his wound.  Lou called out to the other,

"Did you kill the fool that shot you?"

"No, he got away!"  Hearing him call back and as Lou growled while looking at the arrow, his eyes shimmered yellow as he headed outside while calling back.

"I'm going to run a little errand, I'll be back!"  As he took off into the air, Alastor came out holding a towel to his neck, he had to undo his shirt to get to the wound as he sat on the couch to heal, confused as to where the other was going all of a sudden.

When the Devil went hunting, he went hunting, using his Power to trace the owner of the arrow back to the Hunter he dove down into the forest on the outskirts of the swamp and slamming into the form of the Demon crushing him into the ground.  Lucifer grinned as he heard the sound of bone cracking and flesh crushing along with the cries and groans of the fool who dared harm his friend,

"You're the one who shot the Red Deer, yes?"  The Demon was choking on his own blood and couldn't answer as he was in pain from his broken body being under the Devil's foot, he went to grab the other's arms and began pulling them so far and hard that the cries of them tearing off his body gave the other delight.  It had been eons since he tortured and maimed and until he met Alastor, he hadn't enjoyed it until now and when he was done with the fool.  He'd rip his head off and fly back to the Radio Demon's home, covered in some blood belonging to the Demon he'd enter his cabin to toss the head onto the floor.  Alastor jumped at the sound and watched it bleed all over his floor, looking at Lou surprised yet confused the other just shrugged innocently.
