Jacob's P.O.V (After rejecting Breyanna)

I sighed I walked into the packhouse and Jessica came up and said "mate, "

My father came down and saw this and smile.

Then my mother came down and glared at me.

"Explain, Who is your real mate!" She yelled in the mind-link.

I touch Jessica's hand and I didn't feel any shocks or nothing.

"We are not mates Jessica," I growled

"But baby you felt the-" I cut her off.

"WE. ARE. NOT. MATES. I. REJECTED. MY. MATE." I yelled at her.

She looked like she was about to cry.

"You, did what?" My father asked

"I rejected my mate," I said as I looked away.

"Who was your mate?" He asked

"Breyanna Greenville," I whispered

"Oh my God. You don't reject your mate because of their status in a pack. They love you for you. Idiot now Breyanna ran away. You are mateless for the rest of your life," My father said with disappointment in his voice

"What do you mean ran away?" I asked confused

"She ran away after you rejected her," My mom explain

“Mate gone! All your fault.” Brandon my wolf growled

"No your lying," I cried

"Nope, she's gone go see for yourself," My mother said

I ran to the kitchen and looked around for Breyanna.

I caught the fading scent of chocolate and vanilla.

Breyanna's scent,

I ran out of the kitchen, then shifted into my wolf and followed her scent into the forest.

It stops at the pack border. I stopped and looked into the unclaimed territory.

I howl in sadness and pain, I was forced to shift into my human because my wolf hid at the back of mind,

I turn back and ran to the packhouse,

I saw the beta and beta female crying their eyes out.

I sighed and ran up to my bedroom,

I open the door and walked in a caught a faint scent of my mother inside my room.

I looked at my bed to see a letter, I sniff it and it smells like Breyanna.

I open it and it read:

Dear Jacob,
                    Goodbye, that's all I want to say to you. You cause me pain. What happened when we were 10 years old. You said you wanted to marry, me.

Well, six years later you change your mind, just because I couldn't shift are you that stupid Jacob,
