Ch. 11

                                     Sam POV

I have Sky wrapped in a blanket as she laid on the couch shivering like she was cold but she was burning up, 

"I think we need to call Carlisle," Jake said 

"No absolutely not!" Paul said 

"We need a doctor!" Seth said 

"Not a vampire doctor!" Leah said 

"What other doctor would you suggest!" Embry said 

"Enough!" I yelled 

"Jake call them," I said crossing my arms

"You're not serious?"Paul said 

"We don't have a choice, he's the only one who knows about our kind, and do it for her," I said pointing at Sky, 

everyone shut up then when I said that, 

Paul and Leah were near Sky, Embry and Seth were in the kitchen and Jake was waiting on the porch I was pacing back and forth, 

"There here," Jake said 

"Let them in," I said 

Jake nodded 

Carlisle made his way to Sky, checking her over the entire pack was on edge I know if he made one wrong move they would snap, I thought 

"Well?" Paul asked 

"She's going to be like this for a few days," He said 

"Why?" I asked 

"Did she just join your pack?" He asked 

I nodded, 

"For someone as small as her and at her age it's a side effect," He said 

"What?" I said 

"It's common for a wolf her age to get sick after joining a pack it's the strain on the body but she will be fine as long as she gets rest and drinks fluids," He said 

I nodded 

"Thank you," I said 

He nodded 

"I'll show you guys out," Jake said 

"Well you heard him," I said picking up Sky as she nuzzled into my neck

I smiled a little bit as I made my way up the stairs lets just say I was very worried I'm sure the entire pack was, 

I laid her in her bed tucking her in, 

Paul walked in sitting in a chiar in the corner of the room, 

"I'll be first watch," He said 

I nodded walking out hoping she will get better soon, this is killing me watching her suffer like this I thought
