What if I were an artistic genius
One who could paint the most beautiful stories unimaginable to the minds of the ordinary
Would you love me then?
Would my opinions suddenly matter?
Would I change?
What if the stars and the moon could talk
What secrets within you would they reveal to me?
Would you be ashamed?
Would I still be your friend?
Would I change?
What if I were insanely rich with servants at my feet
Would that suit fit?
Or would I face defeat?
Would I find fulfillment then?
Would I change?
I am driven by the desire to change
I want to be the best
I want people to value me but would that change me?
What if I were born poor but had all the happiness imaginable
Would I desire to change?
Would I really be happy?
Would I still be content?
Simplicity could be complex
Easy could then become hard
If you told me the truth in your mind would that change you friend?
