From Good to Bad to The Worst

*(Y/N) POV*

I'm sleeping in Team RWBY dorm, as me and Ruby are cuddling tightly. That's until I hear someone enters the room, only to soon learn it was Penny

Penny: "SALUTATIONS!" girls are startled awake, and to my surprise, two more voices can be heard

Penny: "Good morning, Team RWBY and CRMS!"

Ryze: "Damn... Penny, why?"

Sam: "Let us sleep some more..." I rise an eyebrow, but before I can say something, Yang spoke up

Yang: "Ugh, Penny. What time is it even?"

Penny: "Time to be Huntsmen and Huntresses, of course!"

Penny strikes a pose, holding up two fingers by her head and winking. Blake, Weiss, Sam, Yang and Ryze groan, while Ruby excitedly gets to her feet

Ruby: "Yahoo! Come on Cookie!" she tries to drag me out of the bed, while I smile

(Y/N): "Can't you be more energetic?"

Ruby: "Well, you better get used to it because" she lifts her left hand up, showing the ring, while doing this silly face back from our first day in Beacon, before smirking at me "As of yesterday, you're stuck with me forever!" I smile and shake my head

(Y/N): "I know my Rose, I know"

Penny: "Come on guys! Grab your gear and let's go!" she leaves the room

(Y/N): "Sam, Ryze, get up. Our gear is in our room... How do you even end up here?"

Ryze: "Goldie wanted snuggles" he said with his face in the pillow"

Sam: "I... well... Weiss was cold and asked if I want to sleep with her" I smile

(Y/N): "Weiss..." Weiss begins to blush

Weiss: "I... shut up, idiot!" she earns a laugh from me and Ryze

Ryze: "Can things be any more awkward in your relationship? Haha"

Ruby: "Okay, boys! Leave. We need to get changed"

Yang: "And no peeking, especially you two" she winks at me and Ryze. But before we leave, Blake stops me

Blake: "(Y/N), can you tell Mako... to come here later? I want to talk with him about, some things"

(Y/N): "Sure thing Kitty" us three leave the girls alone and after waking up Mako, telling him what Blake asked and grabbing our gear, we went on our way to briefing room

*3rd POV*

Jaune walks into a briefing room with a coffee mug, and heads over to where Team RWBY, Team CRMS and his teammates are sitting. He takes a seat and cheerfully prepares to sip his steaming hot coffee, only to notice Marrow staring and wagging his tail. Jaune frowns and hands the mug to him

Jaune: "Sure, take it"

Clover: "Eyes up, Huntsmen. Time to get used to the new normal in Atlas"

Sometime later, Ruby, (Y/N) and Qrow are riding in a truck that is being driven by an Atlesian Knight. Qrow has fallen asleep, so Ruby elbows him awake

Clover: "Your top priority is Amity Tower. That means protecting supply runs from Grimm and bandits. And protecting the site itself"

Ruby, Weiss, (Y/N) and Sam drop down from the sky towards two Manticores outside the Schnee Dust Company Mine #2. Weiss severs one of the Grimm's tail, and Ruby cuts it in half, meanwhile Sam uses his semblance to pin to the ground the second Manticore, and (Y/N) cuts it head off. Weiss then levitates a group of Beowolves into the air, allowing the rest of her group to easily kill them. Then Ruby turns her attention to a group of Sabyrs. Weiss forms a replica of her Arma Gigas' sword out of ice, while Sam creates a massive vine golem, who grabs the sword before swinging it, instantly slaying the Sabyrs. Boys gets near their respective partners, as Ruby and (Y/N) fistbumps and Weiss and Sam nods to each other with a satisfied smile, as three Mantas fly overhead
