You barely see me
But judge me directly
Even if you don't know
What I hide in me
My heart and my life
They do not show
Then what do you judge?
My facial expressions,
They are fake
My usual style,
It's fake
The way I treat others,
Not so true
The way I look at you,
Not so true
You never talk to me
Even if you did
My heart hides safely
No harm, just love
Do I love you?
Maybe
Do I like you?
Yes, I do
This is why I am kind
This is why I do not care
Of what I look like
Or what you say about me
My heart will be exposed
When it should
But until that moment
Do not judge me
If you don't know me
And trust me
You do not- P.M. Boustany
