The Avengers, His little Monster

Ch. 33 "Think small"

                                                      Lilly POV 

I was dressed and in the room with all the adults,I'm still a bit injured from the attack but I'm able to stand,  all the adults were talking, I see Wanda was here also, 

I missed her, after the deal with Ultron true she kidnapped me but she kept me safe, 

I am snapped out of my thoughts to hear daddy's voice, I was standing next to him

"There's an Ant-Man and a Spider-Man? Okay, look... Thanos has the biggest army in the universe. And he is not gonna stop until he... he gets... Vision's Stone." Daddy said 

" Well then, we have to protect it." Nat said 

" No, we have to destroy it. I've been giving a good deal of thought to this entity in my head, about its nature. But also, its composition. I think if it were exposed to a sufficiently powerful energy source, something, very similar to its own signature, perhaps... its molecular integrity could fail." Vision said 

 [Vision addresses Wanda as he nears her.]

" And you, with it. We're not having this conversation." Wanda said 

" Eliminating the stone is the only way to be certain that Thanos can't get it." Vision said 

" That's too high a price." Wanda said 

[Takes her face gently in both hands] 

"Only you have the power to pay it." Vision said 

 [Wanda walks away, distressed]

"Thanos threatens half the Universe. One life cannot stand in the way of defeating him." Vision said 

 [Eyes diverted down]

"But it should." Steve said 

 [Looks up at Vision]

"We don't trade lives, Vision." Steve said 

I looked at Steve how much he's changed since the last time I seen him, he has longer hair and a beard like Thor now, 

[Walking toward Steve] 

"Captain, 70 years ago, you laid down your life to save how many millions of people. Tell me, why is this any different?" Vision said 

[Steve takes a breath, but before he has a chance to answer, Bruce speaks.]

" Because you might have a choice. Your mind is made up of a complex construct of overlays. J.A.R.V.I.S., Ultron, Tony, me, the Stone. All of them mixed together. All of them learning from one another." Daddy said 

"You're saying Vision isn't just the stone?" Wanda asked 

" I'm saying that if we take out the stone, there's still a whole lot of Vision left. Perhaps the best parts." Daddy said 

"Can we do that?" Nat asked 

She has also changed instead of red hair she now has blonde short hair, 

" Not me. Not here." Daddy said 

" You better find someone, and somewhere fast. Ross isn't exactly just gonna let you guys have your old rooms back." Rhodes said 

"  I know somewhere." Steve said 

I was following daddy, when he turned around, 

"Lilly I want you to stay here," He said 

I looked at him confused, 

"Why?" I asked 

"This is too dangerous, I almost lost you," He said kneeling in front of me, 

My eyes filled with tears, 

"But you promised," I said 

"I know, but I will be back, 

I shook my head, 

"Last time you said..." I said 

"I know, but that was hulk not me," He said 

"Please just stay here," He said 

I hesitated but nodded, 

he walked away, 

I glared at the floor, 

There is no way, I'm doing this again, I ran towards the lab peeking around the corner seeing Steve, 

Okay, Okay, he's walking this way, 

Think small, as small as you can get, 

Come on, come on, I thought and finally I shape shifted into a flea I jumped onto Steve while he walked by, 

Pffft stay here, not happening this time, I thought, 

Steve walked on the jet, 

"We ready?" He asked 

Everyone nodded,
