Chapter 24

We ask for a waiter or waitress at our table and a tall man with a lot of gel in his hair comes towards us.

"Would you guys like to take a look at the menu first?" He asks, clicking a pen.

"Yes please," I answer him.

"Alright," he clicks the pen again and places a few menu cards on our table. "I'll return when you're all ready."

He walks away and we take a look at the menus.

"Laura," I call her, she looks at me, "have you thought a song for us?"

Her face expression falls and she gasps. "Actually no, but you just gave me an idea!"

I chuckle. "Which song?"

"Umbrella by Rihanna," she says.

"Ugh, I love that song!"

We laugh and keep looking at the menus, everyone deciding on their foods.

"I'll have..." Cameron starts, "chicken fingers with mashed potatoes."

"I'll have chicken nuggets," Blake says, "with fries."

"I'll have a vegan burger," I say.

"I'll take the beef with potatoes," Dante says, "it says it's the special."

"I'll have pasta," TJ says,. "Gnocchis with pink sauce."

"I'll have tomato soup with vegan grilled cheese," Jane says.

"I'll have the spaghetti with meatballs," Laura says.

"I'll have vegan Mac and cheese with vegetables," Aidan says.

"And I'll take the salad today, I'm not too hungry," Eden closes her menu.

"Let me order for everyone," I tell them all.

I call for the waiter and he clicks his pen, ready to write down the orders after I tell him.

"So," he says, clicking his pen and pointing towards all that he wrote down, "chicken fingers with mashed potatoes, chicken nuggets with fries, vegan burger, a special, which would be beef with potatoes, gnocchis with pink sauce, tomato soup with vegan grilled cheese, spaghetti with meatballs, vegan Mac and cheese with vegetables, and a salad, correct?"

"Yes," I tell him.

"Alright, your orders will be here very soon."

"Thank you," I smile.

He walks away again and I turn my head around to face everyone else.

"We will all be at the set tomorrow to film, right?" Dante asks.

"Yes," I say, "why do you ask?"

He thinks for a second. "Would you like to have lunch with me tomorrow?"

I blush slightly and smile. "Sure, I'd love to."

"Hey," Cameron calls everyone's attention, "is someone else very nervous for what will happen at the premiere or is it just me?"

"We all are," Eden tells him. "It's normal to be nervous, but you never should let your fear overcome you up to the point it suffocates you and doesn't let you do anything."

"Damn Eden," Dante says, "you're really giving us a lot of encouragement."

"We appreciate it," I finish, smiling.

"Of course guys," she says, "we have to always support each other."

Support... each other...

"Changing the subject," Blake starts, "what episode are we filming tomorrow?"
