"Insanity, I am Hawk Moth. Your life has been filled with tradegy, I'm giving you the chance to make people understad, with your help I'll have Ladybug and Cat noir's miraculous in no time and we can both have what we want. How does that sound?"
"I have one condition, if I'm going to work for you it's going to be permanent not something temporary like an akumatization. I want the peacock miraculous to be mine, give it to me and you have a loyal servant."
Gabriel laughed, "Even if you don't work for me the Peacock will be yours soon. It's in London with Felix, you'll have to ask him for it. I'll take you up on your offer though, recieve your power, Insanity!"
The girl's eyes glazed over, an incredibly strong feeling of power rushing through her. Was this what Hawk Moth felt? She grinned, feeling across the mask on her face. On her chest was a small dial pendant, with what seemed to be the miraculous signs.
Does that mean she can use the power of the miraculous with Hawk Moth as her catalyst? Oh, this was such an interesting game. She grabbed her phone, Marinette's classmates shivering in fear at her every move.
"Oh Felix~" She called as the ringing stopped, "I heard you were such an angel and got me the peacock miraculous. Is that true?"
The other's couldn't hear what was going on through the other line but Y/n spun around with happiness, did Felix really betray them?
"Aww, your such a prince! Just put the brooch on and say the magic words, m'kay? I'll have it in my grasp in no time. I've got so many fun things to tell you about, come back to France as soon as possible. Or maybe, I'll just come to you." She simpered.
"Get to work, Insanity. Draw out Ladybug and Cat noir!"
"Of course, M'lord. The party is just getting started!" The h/c-nette cheered, "Travelling across Paris to spread my craziness is so boring, I think I'll just use, Voyage! Instead~" She jumped through the portal, leaving the class in confusion.
"But she wasn't wearing the horse miraculous!" Max cried, his brain fried from trying to think about the situation.
"It may have something to do with that dial on her chest, she may be using the miraculous through Hawk Moth! But, she'd have to be super powerful for that to happen..." Alya mumbled, she turned to face Marinette.
The bluenette in question looked pissed, she was incredibly angered and her shaking form showed it.
"That's it, I'm done hiding. I'll kill Hawk Moth for hurting my sister! I've put up with this for so long, I'm ending it today. Right now!" She trembled, Tikki had no choice but to calm her down.
The bug kwami floated from Marinette's bag, "Marinette... calm down please! You won't get anything done like this, Insanity is no regular akumatized victim! Hawk Moth is using her Miradoor abilities, she can control the Miraculous through Hawkmoth or without him! We have to think logically, you need to attack Hawkmoth at the source. You've gotta take him out, and now that he has the other miraculous, you can do that with the tracker you put on them!"
"Marinette is ladybug?!" Nino screamed, the entire class was in panic.
"Yes, but to do that I'd have to transform. If insanity can control Miraculi it'd be impossible for me to beat him if I transformed because she'd already have you and if Cat Noir's cataclysm fell into the wrong hands this would be over. We'd have to have Felix do it but he's in London and Y/n will soon have the peacock," She reasoned.
"Not if we reveal to him she's been akumatized. Felix loves her, that's why he traded the miraculous in the first place. He knows Y/n likes the peacock. I have a feeling he's been suspicious of Y/n's abilities, he must of had access to the Codex somehow and read about Miradoors. If we confirm her powers and tell him about Hawkmoth using her like this, we'll have him on our side long enough to take back all of the miraculous and save Insanity! Just call him Marinette, trust yourself and your peers. They don't need their miraculous to help you do what's best!" Tikki replied with a supportive tone.
"Your right! I've got a plan. Ivan, Mylene, Rose. I need you guys to find Y/n as soon as possible, she'll probably spread insanity near the center of the city or it's highest point. Juleka, Alix and Kim. You guys can go use my computer to negotiate with Felix. Marc, Alya and Nathaniel, I need you two to film Insanity
to the best of your abilities. Sabrina and Chloe, I'll need you to help Axis and Luka distract Insanity so Alya and company can get clear shots. Once everything is finished send the footage to Juleka and get inside. I'm going to find Cat Noir and warn him-" Marinette explained.
Adrien cut her off, "There's no need for that, M'lady. He's right here, he always has been."
Marinette held in a screech, "Your Cat Noir?!"
He pulled back his jacket to reveal Plagg munching on cheese. The Kwami gulped it down, "Well this is an interesting turn of events, now isn't it sugar cube?"
"Hello Plagg," Marinette waved.
Nino let out another scream, "BOTH THE AMAZING LADYBUG AND CAT NOIR HAVE BEEN OUR CLASSMATES THE WHOLE TIME!?! THIS IS SO AWESOME!!"
"Nino, could you scream any louder! I bet Hawkmoth has already heard you!" Chloe scolded.
"Let him, let him come. I'll bring a fight big enough to destroy an army. Hawkmoth will end." Marinette glowered.
"And I'll be by your side the whole time, we all will." Adrien nodded, placing a hand on her shoulder.
"That's right!" The class cheered, eagerly getting ready to perform their tasks.
