Only you will worry about whether something's perfect. Other people won't see the imperfections that you can. Just carry on doing what you do and do it well. Perfect doesn't matter and it's highly overrated!

DAY 1:
Create a gratitude journal and for the next 30 days, wake up and write down 1-3 things you are grateful for every single morning, reading it again every night before bed.
