There is a surprise (which may not be a surprise anymore). I have decided to continue the project right from tomorrow which means you will have day 31. It is upto you if you want to treat it as day 31 while continuing with '2 things you're grateful for' or you can take it as a fresh start.

For the people who are going for a fresh start, I would recommend you '2 things you're grateful for' [refer day 1] or you can try out morning brain dump.

Morning brain dump: A brain dump can be as simple as journaling all of your thoughts out onto paper, or you can try a more structured method to help you organize those thoughts. It really depends on your needs, and preference.
