What the hell just happened !!? We were in the cafeteria. My friends were discussing my imaginary wedding with Ezekiel and I was least bothered and to my horror he walks in suddenly with his friends. He introduces me to Callahan, Felix, Apollo and Raymond and I introduced my friends in return. His friends kiss my hands and ISTG I saw Ezekiel glaring at them as if he would tear them apart any moment.
Then Enid offers him to join us for dinner tonight. We were going to a restaurant tonight it was a party, a part of the inauguration ceremony. And he accepted ! Even worse (actually good) he gave me his number and asked me to text him the place and time. When he gave me his card his hand brushed against mine. Both of us were slightly red. Plus I was beyond shocked and hella embarrassed because he actually heard us discussing 'our' wedding. And I'm sure he could sense it no wonder he had a mischievous smile.
Once they left my friends were hella excited for God knows what. And they rushed me to a mall because they thought I should have a amazing dress. I mean they have more control over my life than I do. That's unfair in a good way. After 3 hours of roaming around in the mall and trying dresses they finally found the perfect one. And I'm not gonna lie, it was actually beautiful. It was a simple black long dress with long net sleeves and it had designs with black glitter and the glittery strokes made the sleeves look so pretty. I actually loved it.
Once we were done. We all went back home to get ready. I took a nice warm shower, there was still a lot of time left. I remembered that I had to text him and suddenly my anxiety came back, for what I don't know. I saved his number and typed.
*Hey this is Aria. The party starts at 6:30 and the venue is Grand Marquis.*

*Hey ok so I didn't know that students were also invited to the inauguration party. I was already invited by your principal earlier. Thank you for reminding me though.*
*Wait so you didn't know where we were gonna call you for dinner yet you decided to ditch the inauguration party for us* I was actually surprised.

Is this man a ghost or what ? How on earth does he know that I was blushing and what does he mean by he'll be upset if he couldn't see it. I chose not to reply and decided to ignore my thoughts and got ready. I wore my outfit with some matching black heels. Put on some eyeliner and perfume and I was ready to go. I kept my hair open. I grabbed my phone and purse and went outside, Enid was supposed to pick me up in her Uber after all I couldn't drive in this dress. She was already waiting outside.
I entered the car and put on the seatbelt while she was smiling at me dreamingly.

I decided to change the topic by talking about the new *PINK* themed cafe that recently opened near our university and it worked. Pink supremacy always works on Enid.
We reached the venue and it was beautiful. The hall was glimmering and the interior was so lavish.This was far too much for an inauguration party but our trustees were rich hehe. We met Claire and Iris. And my friends are so pretty y'all. We roamed talking to other class fellows and professors. When I finally saw him. Walking inside in all his glory with his friends beside him. And how fine he looked. All the girls now ran towards where he was trying to gain his attention and catch his eyes but his eyes longed for someone else. He looked around the hall carefully and he finally locked his eyes with mine as he smiled satisfied and I couldn't keep my eyes off him. Was I dreaming ?
