As we neared Wyatt's house, my nerves began to take over, and my stomach churned with anticipation. I wanted to make a good first impression on his parents, and I hoped that the flowers I had bought would help. I told Wyatt to stop at a flower shop, and I carefully selected a beautiful bouquet of flowers to bring as a gift.

"Olive, you really didn't have to do this," Wyatt said, as he watched me pick out the flowers. "My parents will love you no matter what."

"I know," I replied, "but I want to make a good impression. It's important to me."

Wyatt smiled at me, and I knew that he understood. As we drove closer to his house, I couldn't help but feel more and more nervous. What if his parents didn't like me? What if I said the wrong thing?

As we pulled up to Wyatt's house, I was taken aback by its size and grandeur. The driveway was lined with exotic cars, and there was a massive pool and fountain in the front yard. I couldn't help but let out a nervous laugh. "I didn't know your parents were rich," I said, half-jokingly.

Wyatt grinned at me. "Yeah, they've done pretty well for themselves," he said, as he parked the car. "But don't worry about any of that. They're just normal people, like you and me."

I took a deep breath and tried to calm my nerves as we got out of the car. Wyatt led me to the front door, and I could feel my heart pounding in my chest.

As we stood at the door, waiting for someone to answer, my nerves started to get the best of me. Wyatt held my hand, sensing my anxiety, and gave it a reassuring squeeze. Finally, the door opened, revealing a stunning woman with a warm smile. Wyatt greeted her with a hug, and then turned to introduce me.

"Mom, this is my girlfriend, Olive," he said, beaming with pride.

Mrs. Chen took my hand and looked me over with a critical eye. "You weren't wrong, Wyatt. She is pretty," she said, giving me a nod of approval.

I blushed, feeling a little self-conscious, and handed her the bouquet of flowers I had picked up on the way.

"Thank you, Olive. That's very sweet of you," she said, gesturing for us to come inside.

We were greeted by Wyatt's extended family, and I quickly lost count of all the cousins, uncles, and aunts. They all seemed friendly enough, though a bit overwhelming. We chatted in the living room, and Wyatt made sure to introduce me to everyone.

His mother then showed us to the room where we would be staying for the next few days. I quickly freshened up and changed into something comfortable. As I was getting dressed, my phone rang. I saw that it was my mom and debated whether or not to answer it.

"Hey, Mom," I said, using my deeper "guy" voice to avoid giving away my true identity.

"Hi, sweetie. How are you doing? Are you fine?" she asked.

I smiled, feeling a little guilty for lying to her. "Yeah, Im doing good."

"That's great. Make sure to call more often?"

"Sure thing, Mom. Love you."

"Love you too, sweetie. Good night!"

I hung up and joined Wyatt in the dining room, where the family was gathering for dinner. I couldn't help but notice the exquisite spread of food that had been prepared by Wyatt's private chefs. It was clear that he came from a wealthy family.

Over the course of the evening, I got to know Wyatt's family a little better. They were all friendly and welcoming, except for one. Wyatt's father, who had clearly had too much to drink, seemed to take an instant disliking to me.

After dinner, we retired to our room for the night. I could hear Wyatt's father's voice in the distance, slurring his words and making crude remarks about me.

I felt hurt and offended, but tried my best to brush it off. I snuggled up to Wyatt and tried to push the negativity out of my mind, reminding myself that his family's approval was not what mattered most - Wyatt's love for me was all that truly mattered.

We entered the room and I took a quick shower to freshen up. When I came out, Wyatt was lying on the bed with his phone in hand. "Hey, what's up?" I asked as I sat next to him. "Nothing much, just checking some emails," he replied. I rested my head on his chest and snuggled close to him.

Suddenly, he looked at me with a mischievous grin. "Hey Olive, want to do something fun?" he asked, wiggling his eyebrows. I raised an eyebrow, curious. "What do you have in mind?" I asked, trying to sound nonchalant.

He chuckled and whispered in my ear, "Do you want to get wild?" I couldn't help but laugh at his suggestion. "Here at your parents' house? What if they hear us?" I replied, trying to hide my amusement.

"Don't worry, the walls are soundproof," he assured me, as he tickled me and got more intimate. I couldn't resist his charm, and before I knew it, we were lost in the moment.

Afterwards, we cuddled and talked for a while before finally falling asleep. It had been a long day, and I was exhausted but content.
