He wants to meet for dinner.
Except....I haven't seen Jisoo in 2 weeks. And every time I thought about going to the club, it would vanish from my head and I would end up forgetting for another whole day.
I stare down at the texts.
Kai: Hey Jennie! I completely forgot but Krystal and I would love to have you and Jisoo over for dinner! We can go out, order in, have a potluck, whatever you want! Tell me whenever you're free! We would most like to do it on a Friday or Saturday.
Great! Friday sounds perfect!
I hit the phone to my forehead.
How am I supposed to bring my non-girlfriend on a pretend date with my friend when she hasn't said a word to me in my mind or in person or in text?!
I even called out to her several times during the past 2 weeks.
In the kitchen.
"Jisoo?"
At work.

Before going to bed.

I sighed and rubbed a hand over my face.
At that time, I got a text from an anonymous number.
I blinked and unlocked my phone.
I opened the message app and staring back at me was this:

I smirked.
Why?
