48. The Truth

ELIZA'S POV

Pain

It was the first thing i felt.
I haven't felt pain in a long time, but it is not unfamiliar.

I have known various stages of fear and pain.

But this,

I tried opening my eyes but to no avail.

Why is opening eyes so difficult?

I shook my head a little and tried opening my eyes again.

"Oohhh the princess is awake!" Somebody said.

I groaned and lifted my head up.

Fuck

My hands were tied with chains hanging from ceiling.

My hands like eagle wide apart.

My feet barely touching the ground.

Fuck my shoulders are screaming with pain.

"Aww is little liz in pain!"

I look around and my eyes fell on Blake

I ignored him and looked around.

I was in a type of dark cemented room.

I could see blood stains on walls and floor.

Suddenly cold water was splashed in my face.

And i was suddenly aware of my knees and sides bleeding. They must have dragged me here.
Even i think i have a concussion.

"How fucking dare you ignore me?"

I snickered.

"You're such a baby boy" i muttered.

"What the fuck did you just say to me?" He growled in anger and slapped me in face.

Shit. It hurt.

"Too bad even your ears don't work like your brain" i said shrugging.

Trying to show that i don't fear them, but the reality is that for the first time I'm experiencing this kind of fear.

Fear of not being able to say goodbye to my family.
Fear of never meeting them again.
Fear of losing everything when my life just settled.

Somebody chuckled and spoke,

"She's right though brother" 

Emery

I looked at her wide eyed.

"You guys are siblings!" I gasped.

She just smirked.

"But Blake told me that my family killed his father and sister."

"He lied, well atleast about sister because I'm standing in front of you.
I almost died though. And it is true that dad is dead. All because of your family." She got angrier as she said.

"There would have been a reason why my family killed yours" i said confidently.

I believe them

"Tsk, you really have become there puppet." She tsked.

"And you're just a bitch hungry for some revenge through innocents."

Blake snorted at this.

"And Aaron?" I asked confused.

Why is he involved with them?

"Ohh that" Emery said thinking.

"He just owed us something big and we had the best chance to use it after Blake spoiled everything " Emery said huffing at the Blake's part.
