chapter ten

jade's pov:

it's tuesday and y/n left after a while last night. I walk into school, in a bad mood like always. I'm sure when I see y/n I won't been in a bad mood anymore. Its weird how she can do that to me beck couldn't even do that. I walk to my locker, and grab some books. I hear someone walk up to me.

"heyyy girl" andre says nervously

"what?" I ask trying to sound intimidating but also with skepticism in my voice

"I was just wondering.."

"spit it out already" I say getting impatient

"do you like y/n?" he blurts out

"do I like her??"

"yeahhh like, like like her?" he asks

"why?" I ask raising an eyebrow

"just wondering.." he says chuckling nervously

"why?" I ask again in a scarier tone

"you know what I gotta go" he says trying to walk away

"wait andre no! why are you asking!!?" he runs away "andre!" I chase after him

your pov:

I see andre running down the hall, then I see jade going after him. I grab her arm to stop her, she pushes me to the ground.

"oh shit it's you, i'm sorry" she reaches out her hand to help me up

I grab it and stand up, "what is that all about?" I ask dusting myself off

"andre asked me if-...he was asking me something and i wanna know why," she says cutting herself off

"asking you what?" I ask

"nothing, just forget about it.." She says thinking

"okay...come on let's go to class" I say grabbing her hand and dragging her to class

jade stares down andre all of lunch, I know what he asked her. I wonder if she answered but I haven't had a chance to talk to andre alone. after lunch it's sikowitz's class, I walk in and sit next to tori and cats next to her, beck is on the other side of the class room. everyone gets there and class starts including jade she comes and sits next to me.

"okay children! we are going to start this class with an improve exercise! I want cat, jade, tori, andre, beck, robbie, and y/n to come up"

we all stand up and go on stage except for beck "im not going up." beck hisses

"mr. Oliver don't be a sour puss!" sikowitz's teases

"yeah don't be a sour puss beck." I say antagonizing him

"fine" he gets up and stomps on stage

"Robbie go put that puppet down" sikowitz demands

"he's not a puppet!" Robbie exasperates he sets him down in his chair

"yeah rob he's definitely not a puppet.." andre says looking away putting his hand on Robbie's shoulder

"okay, beck you want to be a negative Nancy, so you be the dead person. the rest of you are at his funeral." sikowitz tells us

beck lays on the floor and we all surround him. "alrighty children, action!"

"oh no this was a terrible tragedy!" cat says pretending to cry

"not really" jade comments with a smug smile

"I can't believe my best friend is dead" andre says looking at the ground

"well maybe it's better he lived such a sad bitter life" jade says acting sad

beck opens his eyes and rolls them "dead people don't open there eyes." shes says kick him right in his side

we all gasp, i'm trying to hide my laugh, and everyone else is too I can tell.

"sikowitz she just fucking kicked me!" beck yells sitting up

"jade! go to lane's office!" sikowitz says stepping in

"but he-."

"now!" he yells cutting her off

she gets off the stage, grabs her bag and turns back to us "aw the little baby couldn't handle it himself, so he had to tell on me" jade mocks then she walks out of the room and slams the door behind her.

"and beck no profanities in my class room," he says

we all get off the stage, sitting back in our seats. beck's still sitting on the floor.

"none of you are gonna help me up?" he ask angrily

"you kinda had it coming dude" andre answers

"yeahhh" tori agrees

I nod my head and wink at him. this make him even more mad and he storms out of the room. 

after class me, cat, tori, andre and robbie are all out in the hallway laughing about what happened, when lane comes up to us and tells us we need to go to his office. we all walk into his office, and see beck on the couch looking smug, and jade on the swing look pissed.

"why are we here?" I ask knowing why we're here

"I just need to ask you guys what happened in sikowitz's class, did jade kick beck on purpose?" lanes asks us all

we all give each other a look

"no i don't think so"

"it really looked like accident to me"

"no, no"

"nope!" 

"nooo of course not she just slipped"

we all say at the same time. now the rolls are reversed, jade is the one with the smug smile, and beck is pissed.

"you guys are all liars!" he says crossing his arm like a child

"why would we lie did you do something that would make us want to lie??" I ask raising an eyebrow

"I'm done with this shit!" he gets up and storms out

"well I mean if this many people say you didn't then I guess your free to go," lane sighs

"let's go jade" I say smiling

she gets up and grabs my hand as we walk out. we walk through the hallway all together laughing.

"but seriously guys thanks for covering for me, he was gonna suspend me and not let me sing at the full moon jam" she say genuinely

"of course" I say smiling

"he was being a real jerk he had it coming," andre says

"yeah! he was not being a gentleman at all!" robbie adds

we all give him a weird look. then jade still holding my hand pulls me away.

general pov:

"they are totally gonna get together" andre says

"what! noo, jade's not gay!" robbie reply's

"wanna bet on it?" andre asks confidently

"sure! how about 20 dollars," he asks

"20 bucks it's a deal!" they shake on it

andre and robbie walk away. "robbie's so gonna lose" tori say chuckling

"yeahhh" cat say nodding
