jade's pov

I'm at my locker it's Thursday morning, y/n left after a little while last night. I close my locker and start walking away, then I see y/n run up to me and hide behind me.

I turn around "what is happening?" I ask confused

"tori, I told her that andre liked her and I told andre that tori like him," she says breathing heavily

"why did you do that?" I ask rising an eyebrow

"because they'd be so cute and they won't just admit they like each other!" she say groaning

"and why are you hiding?" I ask still confused

"becauseeee tori's pissed" she answers

"oh so your scared of tori but not me?" I ask rolling my eyes and laughing

"no bu-...oh my she's right there" she says pointing to tori

I turn around "hey tori over here!!" I yell

"you asshole" She says creeping out from behind me "heyyy tori.." she says chuckling

tori grabs both of our arms and drags us to the janitors closet.

"why did you drag me too??" I ask

"because don't you think what she did was wrong??" tori asks me

"wait tori just listen!" y/n pleads "I just think you and andre would be great together, do you deny that you like him?" y/n asks tori

"that's not the pointttt" tori says rolling her eyes

"I think I gotta go.." y/n says walking out of the door I follow. we are both pushed back in my andre

"oh come onnn" y/n groans

"why did you tell tori I liked her??" andre asks

"becauseee why wont you guys just admit you like each other!!" y/n asks "look I promise i'll leave it alone if you just tell each other how you both feel"
y/n says to them

"i'm leaving" I say bored

"i'm coming with you, you guys stay here and talk about ittt" she says smiling

I grab her hand and we both walk out of the closet. Then we walk to class together.

your pov

It's lunch time and i'm walking up to festus's truck. I see andre there waiting for his food.

"sooo, how'd it gooo" I ask

"we didn't talk about it, we waited till you guys walked away and then we walked out" andre answers

"what!! whyyyy?" I ask

"becauseee, we will talk about it on our own time, and don't go telling people I like them, I could tell SOMEONE you like them"

"that's different I know tori likes you back you don't know if jade likes me"

"really? your like only one shes nice too, you guys are always holding hand, and you go to her house like everyday, but you think she doesn't like you?"

"but we still don't know for sureeee, fine I won't say anything I promise but do you actually like tori?" I ask

"you swear you won't tell?" he asks

"yesss I promiseee!" I say back

"okay, yeah maybe a little bit" he replies

"yes I knew it!" I yell

"shhhhhh"

"oh sorry" I say smiling

he gets his food and I order mine, and we go sit down at the table. We sit down, and everyone starts talking.

jades pov

it's the end of the day, and i'm going to my locker. I see y/n walking up to me. I give her a small smile.

"wanna hangout?" she asks

"i've got something to do and you know this," I answer

"you going to hangout with your new boyfriend?" she asks crossing her arms

"no stupid I told you i'm going to pick up your surprise. even if i was why do you care?" I ask smirking and getting closer to her

"I um..I don't know I just do" she answers looking away

"well till you can tell me why you care so much, then I don't wanna see anymore of that jealousy, over nothing I already told you what i'm doing" I reply walking past her

"i'm not jealous!" she says back

"yeah right!" I say smugly as I walk out of the door

I drive to this jewelry place and get out of the car. I walk inside and go up to the front best.

"do you have a pick up?" The lady asks

"yeah,"

"the name?"

"jade west"

she walks into the back, I look at some of the other things they have and wait for her to come back. she comes back out with a little black box.

"do you want to see it?" she asks

"yeah" I ask back she opens the box, "it's perfect" I say a soon as I see it.

"is this a gift?"

"yeah it is"

"would you like it packaged in a gift box, on the house?" she asks

"yeah that would be great"

"what color box? and what color ribbon?"

I think for a second "black box and red ribbon," I answer

"here you go! I hope the special someone loves it!" she says after packaging it up

"thanks, I hope so too" I say walking out

I take out my phone and text y/n

me: I just got done picking up your surprise you excited to see it? 😏

y/n: when do I get to see it? 🤨

me: after I perform my song on Saturday

y/n: that's prettyyy specific why then?

me: you'll see. don't forget your coming over to mine before we go help tori

y/n: I would never forget about plans with you

I chuckle at her last message, then I put my phone down and drive home. before I get out I put the little black gift box in my glove department.
