THE DAY BEFORE MARRIAGE

This scene sets up at a wedding resort in Udaipur.

"Finally, we have reached the destination; are you excited, Aarav? To finally get married and live happily forever," said Ashwini, with hope in her eyes for the beautiful future of her and Aarav as a couple.

"Yes, and after this marriage, Papa has asked me to finally overtake his business. I will be the owner of Malhotra Industries. "He said it as if he was just happy about overtaking business and not getting married to Ashwini.

"Congratulations, baby; you deserve this. But for these 3 days, you won't talk about anything else because now it's just you and me." Ashwini said, holding his hand and making a cute puppy face.

"I have been yours for the last 10 years." He said, smiling at Ashwini, "One more thing: Papa is still angry about that bar incident. So just ask him to forgive me. After all, you are more of his daughter than I am his son." He said this because he knew that Ashwini was like his dad's own daughter, and he would never deny her anything.

"Ok, I will. Why fear when your Ashwini is here?" She said, hugging and smiling at him, that any boy would fall over her smile, but Aarav didn't care. "But for now, just look at this heaven. It's so freakin beautiful. I love this, Aarav. I can't wait to be yours forever."

"It is really very beautiful

"It is really very beautiful. Let's go to our rooms and get dressed to welcome the guests," he said and walked away, but Ashwini was still mesmerized by the beautiful view of the resort, and it was not the resort that made her happy, but the thought of this place being her forever comfort zone, as one can never forget the place. They got married to their loved one.

Ashwini went to her room, and she wore a really pretty white kurti with special white designs stitched into it. The clothes looked simple, but they had this nice touch that made them special. She matched it with slim trousers and some shiny accessories. Her hair was softly curled, and her eyes had a bit of dark makeup, making her look really nice. In her white Anarkali outfit, Ashwini looked quietly beautiful, and everyone noticed how lovely and special her clothes were. Most of the guests had arrived, but some were still left to come.

As the venue's doors swung open, Ashwini's eyes sparkled at the sight of someone entering

As the venue's doors swung open, Ashwini's eyes sparkled at the sight of someone entering. He was that old friend you haven't seen in ages, and a flood of emotions overcame her—a dance of butterflies in her stomach, nerve-wracking yet exhilarating.

Not rushing into a reunion, Ashwini observed him from afar, savoring the reel of shared laughter and adventures in her mind. The delicate moment, where past and present converged, had her grappling with how to rekindle their friendship.

Upon entering the venue, a wave of emotions washed over him as he laid eyes on Ashwini. I Despite the joyous atmosphere and the cheers of those around him, a tinge of sadness settled in his heart, knowing that she was about to marry someone else. It was akin to watching a movie where he yearned for a different outcome yet understood that it was an impossibility.

She is going to be someone else's bride. He couldn't help but feel the sadness emerging in his heart, but his face was still curling up in a smile that no one could ever tell was shattered from inside. He saw her looking at him, but he couldn't gather the courage to go and talk to her. They exchanged words just by looking at each other and not saying a single word, standing at least 10 feet apart from each other. He went to meet Ashwini's parents, who were in the opposite direction, ignoring Ashwini, which made her frown.

"Hi, do you remember me?" Ashwini, not knowing that the only name he remembers from more than a decade is hers.

"No, who are you?" He said, which made her angry, but he laughed and kept his hand on her head. "You are so short; you might be Ashwini, right?" He said he was making her angry, knowing that she doesn't like jokes about her height.

"You are so bad... I thought you had forgotten me. After all, you must have made much better friends; you are such a big businessman. Now that you remember me, just because of my height, I hate for you this," she said, making a cute puppy face, and both of them laughed. He didn't remember for how long he had been yearning for this laugh of hers.

"I did make better friends, but unfortunately, no one could be like you. So clingy and shortie," he said, making everything so nostalgic. "Now tell me, who is the unlucky guy going to spend his remaining life with you?"

"Oh, hello, he is the luckiest one because I am going to be his wife, but yes, I am luckier because he is going to be my husband." These words made his heart break into pieces, but he was relieved to hear that she loves and trusts him. He was in so much pain after receiving the wedding invitation that he didn't read her fiancé's name.

"Hm.. good. What's his name?" He said he was folding his hands and trying to look interested but wasn't in a condition to meet him.

"His name is..."

"AARAV MALHOTRA," said Aarav, cutting her words and draping her hand on her back so that both of them gave each other a smile. Aarav saw Armaan and felt like he had seen him somewhere but couldn't remember when he saw him so he continued but a feeling of being scared was emerging in his heart

As Armaan saw him curling her in his hands, he couldn't help but feel something he couldn't explain. He recited to himself in his heart:

"Ek chand tha mera joh badalon mein kho gya,
Badal hatne ka intezaar kiya maine,
Tab tak mera chand kisi aur ka ho gya."

"I am ARMAAN SINGH RAJPUT," he said, taking forward his hand with a confident face, and both Aarav and Armaan shook their hands.

"What happened, Aarav? Do you know him? You look disturbed," Ashwini murmured in his ears. Aarav could now remember who was standing in front of him, and that caused him to profusely sweat.
