Everyone in the house was writing their final exams of the year, and everyone was beyond excited. Lily only had one more exam left, which she was writing tomorrow. Ethan had written his last one today, so he sat in her room as she studied at her desk. " Do you wanna do something?", he asked, lying on his back on her bed and tossing the stuffy on her bed up in the air repeatedly.
" I have to study, ask Mark", Lily said, the boy groaning. He stood up, grabbing his phone from her side table and walking over to her desk. Ethan placed a kiss on her cheek, leaving her room and shutting the door behind her. Lily knew he wasn't mad at her, but he would rather do something with himself than sit in the girls room and somewhat annoy her.
" Wanna go get food?", Ethan said to Mark who stood in the kitchen, staring at the fridge as he tried to find something to eat, " We have no food",
Mark groaned, " Why don't you ask Lily? I already went out with you today",
Ethan scoffed, " She's busy. So you're my second option, let's go", Mark just rolled his eyes and followed Ethan out of the house. The two got into Ethan's car, Mark immediately claiming aux. " I'm so hyped for your lake house",
Mark smiled and nodded, " Me too. I think everyone is gonna stay for quite some time, thank god my parents never use it anymore. It'll be good, I'm glad Annie's coming", Ethan eyeing him, " And Lily, of course",
Ethan just shrugged, " I'm excited. Annie and Lily won't stop talking about it, so I guess they are too",
" Have you asked Lily out yet?",
" Oh yeah, like a week ago. I thought Annie would've said something to you",
Mark shook his head, " Why wouldn't you tell me yourself? I can't believe this", he said dramatically. Ethan laughed at him, the two pulling into the parking lot that had a bunch of food places.
