( PERSONAL LIFE ) Selene Maria Isabella K. Evangelista (Korean: 윤채월 [Yoon Chaewol];born; January 30th 1997) is a Filipino-Korea racing driver, currently racing in Formula One for Porsche Motorsport under the Philippine Flag. Selene Evangelista is the oldest child and only daughter of middle-class immigrant parents— Vera Evangelista, a nurse and Hyunshik Kim, an engineering professor. Pangilinan was born in Baguio, Philippines where her family lived until she was seven years old. Her family moved to Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, England where she lived until she was eighteen years old.
Her mother has close ties to the Russell Family, having been the nanny their children until she became a nurse. Evangelista became quick friends with their youngest child, George Russell, (who introduced her to karting at eight years old).
She attended to Wisbech Grammar School with a full scholarship. She was a Prefect throughout her years in the school. She was in the wind ensemble and played the flute. She was also one of the Stage Managers for the Drama Department. According to George Russell, she was one of the top students in her class.
She is the younger twin sister of Haru Yoon (legal name; Soleil Pangilinan) of Seventeen and the older sister of Olympic fencer, Lyra Evangelista.
