The Porsche Formula One Team, currently entered as Porsche Racing, is a German Formula One team founded in 1957. Porsche were originally the engine manufacturer for Mclaren and took two constructor championships in 1984 and 1985, and three driver crowns in 1984, 1985 and 1986 as Niki Lauda and Alain Prost enjoying plenty of success.
Porsche officially joins Formula 1 as a works team (manufacture their engine, the chassis and etc. in house) with notable figures in motorsports such as Suki Mansell as the Chief Executive Officer, Jean Todt as Team Principal, Jianhao Chen as Chief Operating Officer.
