Michelangelo (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2012) - They're both the youngest of their siblings and they are really good at cooking and they love to tease their older siblings. But the only difference is that Michelangelo is the wild one while Harley is the shy one.
Bubbles (Powerpuff Girls 1998) - They're both known as the cute ones of their respective families and they're both very sensitive when it comes arguments and they also can become extremely short-tempered, hot-tempered and aggressive incase if someone ticks them off.
Himiko Toga (My Hero Academia) - They both have a huge interest in blood and they love drinking blood. They also have a collection of knives and needles. They also menacing death glares and they can be quite sadistic when it comes to hurting people (For Harley, she only hurts the evil rather than the innocent while Himiko hurts the innocent)
Fluttershy (My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic) - They're both shy, kind, meek and empathetic. While they can be timid and nervous, but they can be assertive and confident like everyone else.
