From the same website as the last how-to I found a document of a chart in which you organize all the scenes of your story. The original source is at http://annieneugebauer.com/the-organized-writer-2/novel-scenes-chart/ and is also linked to in the External Link, and there you'll find a link to download the chart as a Word doc.
It's self-explanatory and fills out the first few lines for you as an example. It's insanely helpful in showing a very neat and bare-bones view of your entire story. Give it a shot!
I've just started filling this out for all my stories, and you will not BELIEVE how GLORIOUSLY HELPFUL it is to lay out your entire plot so simply like this. I'm finding problems in pacing and just plot in general that I never was able to catch before. I beg you all to try this out. I promise you it will change your perception of your story structure immensely.
