Omniscient
Kyla was in the bed sleep, today was her off day while Mekai had school and practice. She slept in his shirt to feel like he was laying there with her in a way. She was deep in slumber until she felt a sharp pain in her lower stomach.
"Shit!" she quickly sat up
She figured she must've sat up too fast because the room started spinning and she was sitting still. She looked down, feeling something wet between her legs. When she looked, she saw blood. Her period had never hurt this strong before. She tried to move her legs to get up, but experienced another sharp pain
"Ouuuch!" she cried out, gripping her own shirt
Tears started building up in her eyes from too much pain. She was in overloads of pain, but she had to get up and see what was wrong. Once she finally managed to stand, she eased into the bathroom, leaning over, trying to ease up the pain.
Once she reached the bathroom, she gripped the sink tightly, having another sharp pain. There was a small blood trail from the bed to the bathroom. She felt something heavy weighing on her pelvis, she pulled down her underwear, sitting on the toilet.
Shortly after, she felt something come out of her and plop into the toilet. It sounded heavy, and hurt even more.
She stood up, feeling her heart drop as she looked in the toilet.
"Oh my God" she shrieked, crying and shaking
She had a miscarriage.
At practice, Mekai was having a decent time until Ron purposely did the wrong play which resulted in Mekai getting tackled.
"What the fuck was that?!" He shouted, tossing the ball to the side as he stood up
"I was just doing the play" Ron shrugged
"That ain't the damn play! You know that" he was now approaching him
"You got a problem?" Ron looked him up and down
"You a problem that can be easily solved, pussy ass nigga. Youn' know me, chill" Mekai stared directly at him, anger raging in his eyes
"Try me, bitch" that was it
Mekai sent a punch to his jaw, making him immediately drop to the ground. Ron tried to quickly stand up and charge, but lost his balancing. He tried to swing on Mekai, but that only resulted in him getting punched in his nose
"Aye! Stop all that!" The head coach came over
"Andrews, locker rooms. Ron, nurse" he said, seeing his son's nose leaking blood
Mekai got up, walking off the field. He was already irritated, he didn't need to dig himself in a deeper hole. It gave him satisfaction seeing Ron's nose bleed though.
When Mekai entered the locker rooms, he began getting his bag ready to go.
"Bad temper, huh?" Bridgett peeked from around the corner
"Look lil girl, leave me the hell alone." he clenched his jaw, packing his stuff
"I'm just making sure you're ok, I was watching what went on out there. Your hand ok?" she touched his hand
He snatched from her, pushing her away from him "I ain't gone keep telling you to not fuckin' touch me. You should use my advice wisely".
He didn't want to hit her because he could get into serious trouble. He was getting tired of letting people fuck with him though.

Kyla had just finished putting clean sheets on the bed before Mekai walked in.
"Today been stressful, bruh" he sighed, sitting his bag in the closet
He noticed the house was more quiet than usual. He knew he was home a little bit earlier than normal, but Kyla still would've normally said something by now
"Sunshine?" he called out, walking towards the back
"Yeah babe?" she came out the room, meeting him in the hall
"What you doing?" he asked, noticing she looked suspicious
"I was changing the sheets."
"What happened to the old ones?" he asked
"I accidentally spilled some tomato sauce on them, I threw them out. How was your day?" she quickly changed the subject
"Stressful as hell. I got in a lil fight and that Bridgett girl snuck into the locker room."
"Fought who? And why was she in there?" she quickly asked
"Ron again, and probably trying to get an interview out of me." he shrugged, taking his shirt off
"Don't keep getting into fights, you gonna get kicked off the team." she watched him undress "And I'll deal with the Bridgett situation"
"You better not be getting into no fights" he stood in his boxers "How was your day, witcho fine ass?" he gripped her butt
Kyla felt disgusted, not in Mekai, but in herself. For knowing what happened earlier
Tell him, he has a right to know
It's your body, he's gonna get mad and leave if he finds out anyway.
"It was cool. I slept the day away" she smiled "Matter of fact, I slept so long, I forgot to start dinner"
"It's cool. I wanna take you to dinner tonight" he pecked her forehead "We ain't been on a date on a minute"
"Aw, ok."
"Quick question" he stared at her
By the look in his eyes, she knew what he was about to say next.
"Can I get some before we go?"
"No" She chuckled, moving out his embrace
"Please, I need to relieve stress" he smirked, pulling her back to him
"There's some blunts already rolled" she pecked his cheek, moving away from him and going out of the room.
Mekai stood there wondering one thing
Is she cheating on me?
