SHORT SYNOPSIS Political Activist, 80's Music Obsessed, and Proud Latina—Maria Vega, is finally going to college! Growing up in barrio she witnessed a lot of unfair advantages in her academic career but it seems as all her hard work is paying off. After receiving a full scholarship to school in California, she's beyond grateful.
Too bad her two-timing boyfriend isn't.
After struggling with a long-distance relationship, he breaks it off by posting that Maria Vega isn't his only bitch.
Maria is destroyed over it. Thankfully her roommate encourages her to "walk it off" and drags her grieving ass to a frat party—coincidentally, the ultimately heartbroken (and horny) Mario Martinez is out searching for a distraction too.
