You were running around the home you shared with Mick for a few weeks. Your mother would be coming by for the first time since everything was in its place and you were freaking out. Everything had to be spot on, so the second Mick came home from a day in the simulator, you made him help you.
You were cleaning the windows from the inside and Mick on the outside. He was just finished with cleaning them and was now drying them. From behind a layer of soap, he appeared and he smiled at you.
It was a simple gesture: a reassuring smile, your mother would love the place and you could calm your nerves. Everything would be alright.
