" Xander wake up my stomach hurts " I said moaning in pain " XANDER " I yelled finally he woke up " what's wrong baby " Xander asked worriedly

" my water broke " I said holding my stomach " ohh shit " Xander stood up and took me in his arms ans run towards pack hospital " what about kids " I ask

" don't worry about them I have already mindlink Logan he's taking care of them " Xander said

" it's hurts fuck " I yelled at the doctor " baby calm down " Xander said kissing my sweaty forehead

" alpha they are ready to come out " doc said I rolled my eyes of course they are

I don't know what the genders are but we are having twins when I go first pregnant I thought I had one baby instead I got 3 triplets , we have 3 sons Elijah the oldest Ethan the second one and Enzo the third one they three of are five years of now

I hope the twins are girls I have already five boys with Logan , my poor brother he didn't find his mate yet

Liliana (Ashton mate ) got pregnant again after Asher with a baby girl

Gabriele ( Reid mate ) they have there 3 kids twins Charlotte and Jacob and the youngest is Jonah

" okay it's time alpha push 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 okay take a breath again push " doc said i don't know how long I pushed then I heard cries " it's a baby boy " doc said tears streamed down Suddenly another contraction hit me " baby number two push push " I did and than I heard second cry " again baby boy alpha congratulations " doc said I nodded

They left with the baby's clean them I look at Xander exhausted " you did baby our baby boys " Xander said crying and kissed my lips

" ugh more boys " i said groaning Xander chuckled " what do you want to name them I like Issac and Isaiah " he asked holding my hand " I think Isaac and Ian " I said he nodded " okay I love it "

Xander pov

Isabelle give birth to twin boys Isaac and Ian both of them are sleeping , Isabelle is also asleep she looked exhausted

Elijah, Ethan , Enzo come running towards me with Logan " daddy " they yelled together " shhhh mommy is sleeping do you want to see your little brothers " I asked they nodded

Three of my son looked at there brothers in aww I look up and saw Logan is staring I walk towards him and hugged him " congratulations brother your a uncle now not three but five this time " I said Logan laughed " thank I love all of them " Logan said smiling

" what are you guys talking about " I heard bella " Logan come her baby brother " bella said I laughed at her she's still babying Logan " sis I'm not a baby " Logan said kissed her forehead and hugged her

Bella just ignored his comment " give me my babies and also the triplets " bella said l look down at my sons they are still staring at there baby brothers

" go to mommy " I said and all of them run towards her hugging tightly " ohhh my babies " bella said and kissed there heads

Bella changed in last 5 years like smiles more and laugh she's cheerful now with us but still little cold bella towards the pack

They are all laughing with Logan and bella , I walk towards them and sat next to bella .

The doctor come in to check on twins " take a picture of us doc " I said smiling he nodded

We all sat next to each other " say cheese " I said laughing and kissed bella " I love you Bella so much never forget that " I said then kissed her once again " I love to Xander so much " bella said and rested her head on my chest
