i recognized a few people who i assumes we're waiting for our- well... Ondreaz's arrival? i was just a tag along.
i immediately recognized Chase (Hudson), Jabez, Charli, Dixie, and Addison.
There was a fairly cute boy
with short, dark brown, curly hair
who first spotted my eye.
there was another boy that could go by that same description, but you could tell
the difference between the two.
there was a really pretty girl,
pretty brown hair, along with pretty brown eyes to match, she looked so familiar.
AVANI! that's her name!
i remember i saw her on that clown check thing, then i ended up following her.

i'm not gay or anything, but if i was, it would be for her- and that made me feel like complete shit. yeah my outfit was cute and all, but i look like GARBAGE compared to her. not to mention Charli, Dixie, and Addie already being there.

"oh God..." i mumbled to myself, not even realizing i had said that out loud.
"what happened?"
Ondreaz asked concerned.
he snatched my attention from the girls.
"huh- oh... uh nothing."
i forced a smile.
"Amaya..." his face dropped to a 'come on now' face.
"you're my best friend, i know when something's wrong! now what is it?"
"it's just... never mind! it's so silly let's go!" i try to shake it off.
i started to turn to get out the car until Ondreaz forced me back down into my seat.
"aggressive much?" i chuckled a little.
"tell me what wrong! i might be able to fix it!" Ondreaz pouted.
"ok but it's gonna sound good silly..."
"i. don't. care." he said impatiently.
"ok i just got a little insecure..."
"about...?"
"the girls here!"
"what about them?"
"THEY'RE LITERALLY PERFECT WHAT DO YOU MEAN??"
"they've got nothin on you!"

i roll my eyes.
"fine let's go find out then!" Ondreaz said with a smirk, then hopped out of the car.
i quickly opened the door.
"Ondreaz?" i popped my head out concerned. he greeted everyone, but Avani last. he went to her and started whispering, but i could tell it was about me because
he pointed in my direction, and
they had looked over at me.
i deeply sighed and rolled my eyes while sinking down in my seat.
"oh. my. GAAAAWD ONDREAZ!"

i thought about FaceTiming Tony,
but then realize i couldn't cause if i did then he would realize we
weren't actually at a meeting, we just didn't want his stupid girlfriend around.

great! so now i'm just screwed,

i then hear a know at my door side. i look up to see Avani with her sweet smile, and Ondreaz slightly behind her with a smirk.

i'm gonna kill this little fucker.

i awkwardly roll down my window
with an even more awkward smile to match
"uh... hi?" i say looking at Avani, then Ondreaz, then back at Avani.

fuck. my. life.

"hey you wanna come out for a sec? we're about to eat!" Avani smiled at me.
"oh yeah sure!" i smiled back.
i sighed deeply and unbuckled my seatbelt.
i then rolled up the window.
"...hehehe..." i said through my teeth quietly opening the car door
and hopping out.
"hii" i smiled at Avani.
"hey bebeeeeee!" she smiled and hugged me excitedly.
"ok so..." she started, grabbing me by the hands. "Ondreaz told me that you got a liiiiiitle nervous being here,"
"oh! he did?" i said through my teeth, turning to glare at Ondreaz.
"yep! so i thought i'd help you out a bit! a lot of people say i look mean, but
i truly try my hardest not to be!"
she said taking me over to the outside tables everyone was at.
i have a friendly giggle, as i didn't know what else to do.
"i'm sure you're very sweet!"
"yeah... but i can through hands, so if anyone messes with you,
just call me up!" she says with a wink.
i laugh "same goes for you, i actually was ready to fight someone today..."
i trailed off.
she stopped us in our tracks.
"wait- who??" she asked a little excited, and a little mad at the same time.
"Tony's giiRLfRieeeeNd" i mocked.
she rolled her eyes
"uuuggghhh! i'll help you fight her any day!" we both laughed.

we reached the tables and pretty boy
Jabez came up and hugged me!
"hey baaaabes!" hey smiled.
"hey boooo!" i hugged him.
"how you been?" i smile.
"goooood!" he says happily.
"same here! got a girlfriend yet?"
i nudge him with my shoulder.
he chuckled, "nah not yet..."
he smirked looking down.
"oooUuuu but you want someone to be your girlfriend!!" i poke his stomach and sides. "stooop stop!" he smiled removing my hands, "she won't like me back so..."
"well who is she?"
"if i tell you, you gotta promise not to tell anyone, ok?" he held out his pinky.

we always pinky promise to each other, that way there's not getting out
of our promise.

"it's Avani" he whispers in my ear!
i gasp in shock with a smirk.
"awwwwww i kinda looove it tho"
i tease. "shhh!" she like Anthony anyway,
so it would really matter"
he shrugged.
"wait baby anfony? i mean he's cute and all but-"
i noticed a bit of sadness go through
his body.

awwww my baby is saaaad!
"look babes! if she doesn't see how great you are, she doesn't deserve to!"
i hugged him.
"MaYaaaaaA?" i heard a voice.
i turned to see 'baby anfony' holding
his arms out, approaching me.

"AAHHHHH ANTYYYYYY MY BAAAAABY!" i screamed
as i ran into his arms.
we gave each other a tight hug, and all we could do was smile.
"omg haiiiii" i said leaving his embrace.
"heyyy! i didn't know you would be here!"
he smiled at me.
"well, i isn't either!" i laughed.
"oooh check the fiiiiit!"
Anthony said to me.
"oh this ole thang? phhh!" i giggled.
"i'm sorry i like- look outrageous today!"
i rolled my eyes.
"omg! shut up right now!" he said to me.
i just looked at him confused,
but said nothing.
"YOU LOOK PERFECT!" he yelled at me, earning a slight smile from me.
"you got your whole cute girl thang goin on, and you got your kinky hair thing!"
"yeah well..." i shrug.
"you. look. beautiful."
he assured me.
i chuckled, "thank you, Ant!"
i smiled at him.
"ok now lemme get a pic with you pleasseeeeeeee!" he begged.
i chuckled.
"why me??" i asked. "because i haven't seen you in centuries! i gotta get a pick!"
"ok! ok! but just make sure not to post it! Tony doesn't know that we're all here!"
i giggled.
"ohhhh cause his girl?" he said sounding used to it. "yeah how'd you know?" i chuckled. "lemme tell you, it's not the first "meeting" or "family thing" rodeo we've been through because of her" he said.
"i honest to God can't stand her!"
i rolled my eyes.
"ok! enough negativity for right now!
let's get this picture!" he smiled.
he took the picture, and just for now,
saved it to his camera roll.
"i'll be posting these laterrrrr"
he sung in a silly tone, and i just giggled.

Anthony is also like my best friend, but
Jabez is like my brother,
i just call him babes and stuff, but nothing more than just name calling...
Anthony on the other hand...
i guess you could say we're friends with benefits? we have the
occasional hook up every now and then,
but nobody knows...
and we plan to keep it that way.
i just somewhat feel guilty about it,
now knowing that Avani likes him...?
next time he tries anything,
i'll just say no! yeah! that won't be so bad!
right...?
we walk back over to the table and i get introduced to the two curly heads.
their names are Bryce, and Taylor.
i said hi to everyone else, then i feel a piece of paper being slipped into my pocket.
