Draupadi's Story

That night Druapadi was talking to Abhimanyu when Uttara came

"Pranipaat Draupadi Mata, Pranipaat Arya, dasi said you called me"

"Yes, Uttara I just wanted to talk to you that's all, come sit" Draupadi calls "I was just telling Abhimanyu how happy I am that you are marrying him espeacially after what you told your Mata this morning, about not being ready"

Uttara chuckles "Mata I never understood how people just get married, like you and Pitashree Arjun, he won you and you were ready to get married to him, it all seemed ridiculus, but when Pitashree told Raj- I mean Arya to take me, it felt right" Uttara says smiling

"I actually called you to give you something Uttara" Draupadi takes a bangle from her hands

"This bangle has been traveling from generation to generation in this family, it was passed down from Satyavathi Mata, to Ambalika Mata, to Kunti Mata, to me, now I'm giving it to you"

"Draupadi Mata you should give it to Rajkumar Prativindhya's wife, when he gets married, not to me"

Draupadi smiles at Uttara "Putri, it is always given to the first wife that enters into this family, and for us you are the first to come, so this belongs to you" Draupadi says taking Uttara's hand and putting the bangle on her

"Mata, did you notice that Rajkumari's eyes have a firey twinlke in them? Just like yours do"

"Why would I have that Arya, it makes sense that Draupadi Mata has it, she's Yagnaseni"

"You don't need to to be a Yagnaseni, you just need be great at concealing your feelings"

"Mata, you don't need to conceal your feelings I'm here you can tell me anything"

"No Putr, this is a burden for me to carry, if I do tell you, you may lose respect for a lot of people, plus it would only be my side of the story, and the woman's side is always exaggerated"

"Mata please, you don't need to feel burdened by feeling, please tell us" Uttara also joins

Draupadi is really reluctant but starts telling anyway

"I'll start from the beggining, as you know I was born from a fire, but if was only for your Mamashree Durthadyuman, you Matamah didn't want another daughter, but Govind came and fixed everything, but so I thought, he left me with a lot of questions, questions about Rajkumar Arjun

I was on my way to the temple of Lord Shiva, hoping for answers because Govind refuses to give me any when I see a Bhramin man, this man was different, I wanted to keep looking at him and I was, I wanted to see him again

That night I went to my room

'Dasi, where is the potrait of Rajkumar Arjun? Didn't I say not to move it?' I asked

The dasi brought the potrait, and I started thinking could it be Rajkumar Arjun? I had an idea and I took black paint and painting, it was Rajkumar Arjun my heart said, but my mind tried to reason, how can a dead man come for you Panchali 

The next day I got ready I tried my hair in a braid it was my sawaymvar, I just hoped that Rajkumar Arjun is alive, and what I didn't know was in the process of wanting your dad, I made the biggest mistake of my life"
