{Umi no mochimono} Ocean's Possession

Chapter 19

Third POV

Y/n dived in the ocean, for the first time she was able to clearly see the surroundings of the ocean she once drowned in.
While the rest of her diver team looked for the finest undersea crystals

She swimmed around admiring every detail from the corals to the fishes, that she didn't realize she has been stranded afar from her workers and colleagues

Until she bumped into someone

She turned around to see a little boy without goggles and oxygen mask
Until she got a look at the little boy fully she realizes that the little boy was a mermaid,
She looked behind him and it was a little girl hiding behind the rocks

The little boy got scared and cried out loud
Making y/n panic
She gave the little boy a gem she found while swimming around causing him to stop crying
As he reach out his tiny hand and grab the gem from her , he smiled as how shiny the gem is
He turned around and wave the gem to the little girl
"Look what I got!" He yelled with his tiny voice but yet the little girl was still afraid to come out of her hiding spot.

Y/n smiled and her thoughts starts to wonder off to Xero
"Xero..." She muttered

The little boy heard it and said
"Xero? Castle! Castle!" He exclaimed as he pointed to the direction which leads to the castle

Y/n got embarrassed and rubs her neck
"Um well I didn't mean to but thank you" she said as she pats the boy blonde hair head,
"You should get home now, your mom must be worried of you"
"Mom?" He tilted his head

"Yeah"

"M-mom?" He said as slowly tears fall out of his eyes
She couldn't see the tears but could visibly see his eyes were turning red

She pulled him slowly into a hug
Knowing now that his mother was gone
By the action of his

"Where's your dad?"she slowly questioned

"Dad..." He cried even more

"It's dangerous for you two to be out here alone..., Show me the way to the castle I'll bring you there safely and make sure you have someone to take care of you" she said
As the boy cling on to her diver suit
The little girl slowly emerged out of the rock revealing her blue ombre hair
Looking worried and scared
"Come here" he said

As the little girl swim towards them,
They both lead y/n to the castle
In the other route so that y/n could surpass the village without exposing herself

The merman guards looked shock
And was on guard holding their spear out
As they inform others about the human girl

The other gaurds inform Xero
While Xero was thinking,
His eyes widen as he heard the word "human girl"
The only thing that comes to his mind was

He hurried the gaurds to open the gates for them
And let them in

And there he saw, the love of his life stepping into his castle grounds for the first time but beside her was two kids

His eyes widen as saw the two kids

"I-i'm a father!?..."
