Chapter 7

Third POV

A bird chirping could be heard,
Another day, stranded on the island
Y/n was getting sick and tired of it

She prepared a handmade spear
To protect herself as she plans to enter the island

Xero was not happy on what she was planning to do
He was afraid she might get lost or hurt, exploring deeper in the island

"Y-y/n...are you sure about this?" He said while gripping onto her arm

"Yeah, I mean I really wanna go home" she said

"But can't you maybe just wait out here?"

"Wait out here? For how long..? It's been I don't know a month!?" She respond

Xero couldn't let her get in there
If he does...
He would lose her

His face starts to get abit pale

"I-i'll be right back" he said

And quickly swim towards the castle

Alot of whispering and gasp could be heard
But he couldn't care nonetheless
He has to find his father
The guards open the enormous door after identifying him

He quickly swims in and yelled
"Father! Father!"

A loud thud could be heard around the throne room

"Son, you've finally decided to come back.."

"Father! I need the gaurds, I-i need MANY of them!
Y/N IS IN TROUBLE AND I-"

"SILENCE!.." his father shouted cutting him off

"Son, you came back here just for your needs?
What about the kingdom? The Mermians?,
Your going to be a king someday , son, your going to wear this crown and rule over the oceania that our family have progressed from generation to generations" his father said

"But father, this is an emergency! Y/n, could possibly get killed!" He exclaimed

"Y/n?... Your new girlfriend or...that human girl?"

"My new girlfriend a-and t-that h-human....girl..." He said as he place his head down

"So your asking for protection for that human girl?, Son what has gotten into you? She's a human,
We are Mermians! Didn't I tell you before!
Why do you have to be so stubborn?, son" his father said as he rub his temples

"Please father.."

"No! We are not sending any of our guards for some  pesky human!" His father said

Causing Xero to clench his fist
He was about to snap any moment

"Now son go back to your room In this instance!"

"N-never..."

"What did you just say? Sigh Maidens , take him to his room"

"Your highness..." The maiden said in a soft voice leading him the way but he didn't barge to move

"Your highness..please..bef-AH!" in an instant he punch her in the stomach causing her to bump onto the wall causing a loud thud as she hit her head on to the wall with lots of force being exert from the punch
Causing her to bleed

"SON!" his father exclaimed shocked by his own son action

"Your next...Your majesty " he said as
He swiftly snatch a sword from 1 of the guards and
Attacked his father

His father uses his trident to defend himself from his own son

"Arrrghh...father....just...let...me....kill you already and i'll be...KING!"

"Not..now son....put that sword down!"

"Just....DIE" Xero exclaimed, stabbing his father

Blood splattered..

The horror faces from the guards and the other maidens...

Some of the guards were on their knees, guilty

"Heh..."Xero panted

He took his father crown and trident
And push his father dead corpse off the throne

"After all these years...father...I have tried to be the son you wanted me to be...but now it's my time...dear father..and it's time for you to rest..hahah...." He said

"Now prepare the guards!" He said

"But what about the village"

"Fine..leave half here to protect the village.."

[ At the island]

"Make sure all the guards surrounds the island, make sure that girl don't leave or get hurt because she's your future queen" he command

Y/n looked around in quite shock
Seeing many people in armour suddenly appear out of the ocean

"What the....."
