Men are more likely to be diagnosed with autism than women. I know so annoying!!. As I said at the start there was one girls name on that list. So we cant ignore them anymore. We to push them into the spot light a bit more. But not directly the bright light might annoy them. Girls are good at a thing called social masking. Social masking is hiding and everyone not knowing. they did a test on the tv in the UK called are you autistic? in 2018 by channel4 . A bunch of Autistic women went speed dating with men. At the end the men could not believe they speed dated with an Autistic women. Surprise!!!
So maybe if you had a female character she could hide during the day. And release it in the evening away from people. Make sure when doing women go through all the types of issues. Go through struggles with periods to having babies to does this bra fit?. Put those things in. We are likely to be blunt. So ladies put your thoughts in there if you want. It will be a bit funny.
You know when you see the socially awkward woman in that show you like. I stare at her thinking she probably is a hidden autistic person.
