Hayoon's POV "Hey noona." I looked up to see Ni-ki entering the cafe I worked at.
"Oh Ni-ki What are you doing here?"
"Getting coffee. Heeseung hyung took a day off."
"Oh cool. You guys must be visiting Jungwon?"
"Yep. But we're going to a PC room soon. Wanna come?"
"I'm at work."
"Can't you take a day off? Or half a day?"
"No, I need money. Now, orders please."
"Okay, uh, iced mocha for me and a hot cappuccino for Heeseung hyung." I keyed in the order.
"Okay. Anything else?"
"What cake is nice?"
"Depends on what you like."
"One blueberry cheesecake and one chocolate cake."
"Okay. Paying by?"
"Card." Boy at 19 already has a credit card what-
"Okay tap here."
"Okay. I'll just wait around here."
"Mhm." I handed him his receipt and continued my work.
"Ni-ki." I called out to him after a while. He fumbled over, eyes on a him phone, which was horizontally placed in his hands. Of course he was gaming. What did I expect?
"Here. And would you stop playing and focus on walking?"
"Yeah yeah..... Oh right, forgot to tell you. Hugo hyung is at the hospital looking for you."
"You met him?"
"No, just saw him. I think he's still waiting." Pffft lol.
"Well be my messenger and tell him I'm at work."
"Kay bye." He said as he grabbed the food and drinks with two fingers and continued gaming.
"Stop looking at your phone."
"Yeah yeah bye." And he just left, still playing while walking.
Yeah, he's either gonna die, walk into a lampost or drop the food. Or all of the above.

"Hey there lil sis." I rolled my eyes as I saw Hugo enter the cafe. It's literally 8pm already and we're closing. Why's he here?
"We're closing. Why are you here now?"
"Coffee?" He shrugged.
"If you drink coffee now, you'll never fall asleep."
"Eh whatever."
"I know you're here for me."
"Okay, okay yeah. Answer?"
"Not yet."
"It's been a day."
"It's been a day which I spent working. I had no time to think about that."
"Okay, okay." He twirled around a little. "Then you wanna go get some food?"
"What food? Is this another bribe?"
"No! I just want to treat my little sister, can't I?"
"I won't pass up free food, so okay. I want pasta."
"Sheesh you didn't even hesitate when thinking about food."
"Duh? It's food."
"Pfft. Let's go, if not all the shops are gonna close."
"Okay! Don't rush me, idiot."
And minutes later, we were seated in a nice restaurant, and I was happily eating my pink sauce pasta with seared scallops while Hugo cries in despair for his wallet.
"Why, literally everytime when we go out to eat, must you order the most expensive pasta on the menu?" Hugo grumbled while eating his steak.
"Because I like it. And you have money."
"So you're using me."
"You asked me first."
"Yeah yeah whatever. Answer, now."
"Hey let me eat in peace!"
"It's literally a yes or a no."
"Or a fine, or maybe, or I don't know, because I really don't know if I ever want to see them again." I then stuffed a whole scallop in my mouth.
"But she's your mom. And it's not like she was the one who was controlling."
"Well, she always agreed with dad whenever he grounds me for stupid things, so I have some resentment for her too."
"Just hear what she wants, okay?"
"What does she want to talk about?"
"I don't know."
"Is she going to apologise or what?"
"I don't know. She's not telling me. And you should find out for yourself." Ugh....
"Fine. I'll talk to her." I rolled my eyes and just continued eating.
"When are you free?"
"Sundays are my off days."
"Okay, then lunch time Sunday, at the usual Chinese restaurant. You good?"
"Yeah yeah." I murmured without looking up.
Great. Just great.
