huh? to give people a chance .. people barely bothered to look me in the eyes before

I nodded by head in agreement ,ITs not like i have better things to do . The plot doesn't even start until next year and the subjects that they teach is loosely based on real world laws like physics and chemistry . so figuring it out wouldn't be that much of a hastle

she smiled then she grabs my bag and i obediently follow her

taking me to a tour of the school. excitedly - tells me of the crazy things that went down in  each class room like how she pointed in the crack on the roof

apparently during a summonings the teacher somehow blew up the whole right side of the school causing an evacuation . By her words " it was pretty fun "

Is that this universes version of A student pulling a fire alarm to get out of class except instead of a fire alarm it a missile.?

' HA ha that's  just a prank bro ' that what the teacher probably said. But more importantly from what I picked up from this conversation is in fact this seamed to be a typical tuesday .

Hay '

Yes " she stopped her rambling and excitedly stares at me indicating for me to to continue

"....Well what happened to the teacher did any one get hurt it seamed like a horrible or at least a traumatic experience ?"

She looked surprised and then it finally clicked  .

" I forgot that your new here... please don't be alarmed but this is like a regular occurrence here!"

Things here normally explode ???
I say looking suspiciously at the apple that I have already taken a bite off of

"ANYWAYS what happened to the summonings teacher and you only answered like one of my questions ?"

"The students in the summonings class was a little damaged ,broken legs and a few arms missing and a concussion but nothing an nvp potion and a nap couldn't fix." she said giggling as if that was the most entertaining thing she had seen all week

"Most importantly apparently when said teacher wanted to access the mana fuel tank,  it exploded! Those rusty old things were bound to break anyways ."

"Those fuel tanks are probably a few thousand years old and still reside on school grounds . They say that it's impossible replace it but from what I heard the summonings teachers were having a full blown emotional affair with the tank"

"Wait whot ,
are you serious ,
how
Why"

"They got really attached to that rusty tin can " she shrugged while looking at her tray

Do people here normally get attached to inanimate objects ????

The kingdom is an isolationist Kingdom under a monarchy with both the church and the king fighting for power simultaneously.

What I mean isolationist is that they wanted to minimize foreign influence so that they refuse to trade with the established demon kingdoms specifically and being under the protection from god allowed that to happen without any hassle

The crops that they grew where the best in the planet but the tools that they used were out of date even by this worlds standard . And thanks to another goddess most of the people here are born with magic . If not , people though that people without magic were born unlucky and shunned them .

Those people can't even practice alchemy as the church sees alchemies as devil worshipers because apparently one of the demon lord's primarily uses alchemy but no one talks about how the rest of us use normal magic but what ever

The church fears the things that they don't understand . And they are not that smart , average at best !

So the mana tank makes sense as this item was most likely imported from one of the demon kingdom because a tank that stores up mana is definatly an an item only an alchemist could make. And since there is a world wide pandemic going on the kingdom of Chebathage likely closed its doors.
