Emerald's POV

"Dang, talo hahaha.'' Carlisle said, while playing.

We're here at the living room, playing video games at our tv.

"Ayos lang, tatalunin kita next time." Saad 'ko sabay inom sa iniinom ko.

"Bawi ka nalang next time, strawberry." He said messing my hair.

It's been a week since we started getting close to each other. Para kaming mag-bestfriend. We always hang out everytime his girlfriend is busy. he started calling me strawberry, since that day he found out that i like strawberry. Well, i'm calling him scooby doo, since his birthday, so we're fair.

While playing, his phone buzzed.

"Oh, hey i gotta go, i'm going to pick up Yvonne, cook dinner, yung masarap ha! bye!" He said and left.

Well he's not aware of my feelings for him, but i'm okay with this. Atleast he's not mad everytime he talks to me.

I got up from the floor and went to the kitchen to cook.

He started eating here since his birthday, he would always request for me to cook him his favorite.

He's going home everyday, bihira na lang siya sa bahay ni Yvonne, well i'm glad.

I finished cooking, it's 8:40 p.m already.

He texted me 5 minutes ago that he's on his way back.

I looked at his text and smiled at myself.

I'm on my way back, let's eat together ^_^

Masama 'bang kiligin sa mga simpleng bagay?

He's a different person back then, compared to how he is now.

After a few minutes, the door opened, and saw the love of my life, ehe joke.

"Hey, let's eat na?" He said smiling at me.

Looks like he's in a good mood.

"Good mood ah, spill the tea." I chuckled while getting the plates ready.

"Yvonne said we'll go on a date tomorrow." He said as he sat down across me.

"Naks, pogi talaga oh." I said.

He chuckled.

Best Actress Award goes to, Emerald Ellen Velasco.

Okay lang, As long as he was happy, I will be.

"How was it?" I asked.

"Good." He answered.

I sighed.

Hindi 'ko namalayang napalakas pala ang pag buntong hininga 'ko, that made Carlisle look at me.

"Is there a problem?" His eyes were concerned.

"Wala, napabuntong hininga lang." Palusot 'ko.

He continued eating.

I finished eating.

"I'm done, let me help you with the dishes." He stood up, before bringing the dishes to the sink.

"Ako na mag-huhugas." Saad ko.

He looked at me and raised his eyebrows.

"Ako na." Pakikipag-talo niya pa.

"Ako na nga 'diba?" Saad 'kong muli.

"Rock, paper, scissors, kung sino manalo siya mag-huhugas." He smirked.

"Game." Saad ko at humarap sakanya.

"Rock, paper, scissors!" Sabay naming bigkas.

Bato ang sa'kin. Tinignan 'ko ang kamay niya...

Hanggang dito ba naman talo.

"Pano bayan?" Pang-aasar pa nito.

"Bye bye strawberry, rest well." He smiled at me before putting on the gloves to wash the dishes.

I went to my room and rest.

Carlisle's POV

I finished washing the dishes.

I went upstairs to check Elle.

She's sleeping.

I went to my room and slept as well.

Emerald's POV

I woke up because of the light coming from my window.

I got up and taked a shower.

I went down and saw Ms. Alicia at the kitchen.

"Ma, did you saw Asher?" I asked.

"He left, mga 7:30 a.m, makikipag-date daw, pormang porma panga." She chuckled.

"Ah." I nod.

"By the way, you two became so close to each other these past few days, ba'ka anak na kasunod niyan." Pang-aasar niya.

"Nako ma, kung ano anong naiisip niyo." Napailing ako.

Carlisle's POV

"Is it good?" I asked Yvonne, who's eating across me.

She nods.

I can feel that our relationship is getting cold, but still, ipag-lalaban 'ko'to.

"Where do you wanna go after this?" I asked.

"Home." She simply answered.

"Pagod kana?" I asked.

I don't know if my question was referring to our date or to our relationship.

"Yes."

Either her answer.

I sighed.

As she finishes i drove her to her house.

I sighed while entering my car, guess i'm going home early.

While driving, I saw a small and chubby girl at a strawberry shop.

I already knew who it is.

I parked my car beside the path walk and went to approach her.

"Wassup! strawberry." Saad 'ko sabay akbay sakanya.

She flinched a bit, she's shocked.

"Akala 'ko nasa date ka?" She asked.

"Pagod na daw siya e." I sighed.

"Pighati." She teased.

She's wearing a black beret, knitted top, tennis skirt and a pair of soccer socks and white rubber shoes.

She's kinda cute.

"Naisip ko lang," i said.

"Oh?" She replied.

"Ang astig pala 'no? bestfriend 'ko ang asawa 'ko." I said and started laughing.

"Yeah, astig nga." I replied.

Sakit pre, bestfriends daw kami.
